Yeah... I know for a fact I'm the unluckiest SOB out there, always something:
Two deer were running across the road, a dark road at that... I avoided one, didn't see the other and this happened. There was really nothing I can do, I mean, drive safely and shit still comes up.
Lost for words, really heartbroken, wanted to cry on the spot.

Yeah, I was always scared of deer running out, guess I scared myself enough to encounter it. I'm still in a daze about it, like I keep looking at it and just am dumbfounded for real.

So I took the lip off of her the other day because it could be reused, I haven't had the time to get her fixed yet... Still battered and bruised she is
But today I decided to just paint the calipers and rotor hats because it was a rough day, it really, really was, and wanted to just do something to not make it feel neglected.
I'm not gonna lie, I was really liking the white, it looked so clean. It's just it doesn't contrast enough from the silver, so I went ahead.
Yeah it had some blemishes, first time doing it, so please cut me some slack... And I know there's no sticker, I wanted to go nude the first time I did it just to see how I'd do, in the future I'll add them.
I think the lugs really stand out when matched with the calipers. It doesn't look too bad when the rims are on.
I literally just finished this haha.

Personally I would have sprayed the rotor hubs black. The Caliper looks great but needs a sticker! Also those lugs need to go, maybe black or a black chrome would suit it better. Your car in the end, so if you like it that's all that matters. Hope you get the front end taken car of soon. That has to be hard to see daily.

It's been awhile...
So schools been keeping me really busy lately and I haven't gotten to do much. But I finally ordered the parts and they came in last week and this past Sunday, decided to put them on. Didn't put everything on because I was holding off on getting the bumper spacer support bracket to see if it was fixable, but it wasn't so I ordered one and it's coming tomorrow hopefully, along with the front bumper beam corner and grille. But here's what she's looking like for right now. Hopefully it doesn't get too cold so I can just put the rest of the parts on. Fingers crossed.

Thanks J, and yeah I'll look into the mu lugs if I decide on it, just not now obviously.

Ooooooh thanks for the advice J and yeah, hopefully the rest of the year can at least let me driver her again... Shame she's just sitting there.

I did...it was a retired spaghetti sauce jar!
I don't mean shake hard...more like jiggle it to make sure the lugs get coated and bang against each other.
It works...
maybe metal would too...but don't do it in plastic...it'll melt right through.

It's been awhile... But here's a small update
So the end of year was really hectic and school has been busy too. I did get the car situated before Christmas, but the paint hasn't been done yet, I'm putting it off until the spring/summer just when school will be done and after my mini study abroad program

She's still pretty and it'll be worth the wait to get her back on track. Btw what bulbs are you using on your upper fogs? I just intsalled some Opt7 deep blues and I'm not entirely certain about them but I do like the way yours look.
They're definitely blue lol, but they make my heads look white. I'll take a better pic soon

Slow and steady. No but, I'm thinking about the lip being put back on so I'm kind of just waiting to do it because I've been busy. And unless someone notices, please don't haha, I'll ride it out haha
