600-1000 pounds? dude this is southeastern Virginia. The deer here and where SF wrecked weigh 200-225 at the most. Upstate NY might get them that big but we don't here.
I do agree, I'll take the guardrail over a 250lb windshield projectile.

Man Parth, glad to hear that you are OK. What part of 664 did it happen, on your side of the tunnel or mine? That really sux. It hurt to see it being drug around and hangin there, especially when I just saw it lookin sweet at your house a month ago.

Yo Parth don't let one members ignorance get to you! This guy doesn't have much of a leg to stand on It's easy for someone to sit back and point fingers until they are actually in the situation.. My first assumption when I saw the pictures was that you simply swerved violently.and my guess is just you couldn't quite get control of her once you made that first move... I would have done the same thing and likely ended up in the ditch as well just like any normal human would do when their is a damn deer staring them down! What matters is that your safe... Most of us go 65mph on the interstate. This guy probably travels in the fast lane going 50 in a 65.
Maybe we can throw something in front of his car @ 60+ mph and see what happens.
I've been there and can tell you that all you can do is 2nd guess what you should have done. It happens all too quickly.
Even if you did swerve to avoid it (no implications here!), why does that even matter? The fact you didn't get hurt is what matters.
