So what are the sparkle silver ones??? Same as the Chrome or the Ebony?

what happend is i got those wheels but my wheels are ebony black,and little chrome,and i want to paint the wheels of the color of yours,and i looking for the exact color of you wheels

Nope, the Sparkle Silver are essentially the same finish as the 04-06 stock 5-point stars.
