haha thanks man that'll happen. Well I'll be honest now I know why so many people have the TEIN SA. They feel very close to stock (well type S suspension for me) and can produce a great drop. I put a couple hundred miles on it already since the install and it feels great. It handles a little tighter and feels more planted in the corners. I haven't messed with the dampening since we first set it but it allows you to make it stiffer or softer.

Tires have been ordered for the aspecs

In case anyone is interested or knows someone, I will be selling my Type S wheels that were refinished and have the Bridgestone Potenza Re760s on them.

Thanks! Yeah I've never been a fan of the CM wraps and with the clear coat on them I think they stand out a bit more

Thanks man! Hopefully the aspecs will be on in a week or two.

lol I know I know. Living in an apartment makes it hard for me to keep in clean and I hate going to car washes. For those shots I just used some ONR and didn't get to the wheels

It's been quite to journey but the wheels are finally on. It all started when the shop that refinished them did them in the wrong color. There was a huge miscommunication between my friend and the shop and they thought the wheels came off of a fifth generation. When I first saw them I didn't like them and was going to get them resprayed. The wheels grew on me and I ended up really liking the color.

Then my tires finally came in and I went to get them mounted at a local shop. They called me half way through the install and told me the clear coat was coming off when mounting the tires. I drove right down to assess the damage. There is only a couple of marks on them but they did refund me completely. I have some touch up paint on the way so hopefully I can make them less noticeable. Then I took the remaining two wheels and tires to a recommended shop (with a touchless tire mounter) which I should of done in the first place. They were able to mount them no problem however they took a lot of wheel weights to balance them and put them on the outer lip. I didn't notice it until I got home and saw these bright silver weights showing through. I then painted them with touch up paint so they blend in.

Then today I went out and finally started to mount them on the car. I begin to loosen the lug nuts and boom stripped the wheel lock key. The shop that installed my rear camber kit overtorqued the hell out of my rear wheel lug nuts. Then I went to a buddy's house and tried the hammer on socket method. We ended up getting three off but could not get the fourth. I stopped by a local shop and they got off the wheel lock in two seconds. And FINALLY I was able to mount the wheels. I only drove around the block but it rides nice and smooth.

Here are a couple pics I snapped. She is really dirty:

Sounds like quite the ordeal - somewhat happened to me when i put on my coils, had to take my front wheels off 2 times (getting the height dialed in) and the second time taking them off, one of the studs broke...eff I thought lol

Car is looking good, and I agree the darker color goes with the NBP so well - looks sick

Thanks man yeah I think so too. Man breaking one of the studs doesn't sound fun at all!
