RpfWhuuut?

Got some new wheels and what a difference these are than my previous wheels, how they look, and even better, how much better they perform. These things are around 16-17lbs EACH wheel, acceleration and handling have vastly improved.

Onto some cell phone pics:

These are the best bang for your buck "performance lightweight" wheels IMO. They look great and perform great!

haha I need a PAINT JOB.

These were my 19's before.. but I needed something a bit more practical especially driving that low since I'm commuting quite a bit now for my intern.

I agree, they look smaller especially since the actual wheel doesnt start after the lips.

I like the new rims too, but are definitely way too small. Your previous setup was money!

Nice. For some reason, I'm liking this beefier tire on smaller wheel look.

like it a lot. the 19's are everywhere. nice to see a 'track ready' look for a change.

Yeah I totally agree. I wanted a more sportier look + the function.

You know I like this setup!

Obviously the 19s look better but man my car drives like shit on 19s compared to my RPF1s. The 17s made me love driving my car again and to me that is worth the trade off in appearance.

right on, thanks for the specs! I want these same wheels (size and offset) for my car. Putting the 9.5lb 15x7 rpfs on my civic made a HUGE difference in performance all the way around. I look forward to when I can afford a set of these wheels for the TL.

Can you tell us how much of a drop youve got too?

i like the performance aspect personally. never liked the hellaunfunctional trend. Its ok when it isnt taken to the extreme, but some of the cars I see anymore...dumb as donks.

18x9 +22 would have been perfect but this doesn't look bad at all. Maybe need to space out the back a little, like 5mm or something

I like "hellaflush" look to a certain extent, I am str8 on camber and replacing my tires every couple months.lol

Drop is almost maxed out on Tein SS.

Actually the front fenders are pulled and the rears are shaved so it has a flush look to it, instead of the front wheels bulging out on most fwd cars.
