RonJon Devotions on 05 SSM After Detailing!

As promised, here are some shots of the RonJon Devotions After detailing. I must say, looks much better. I know, I know, lower it a bit and put a Kit on it. So instead of telling me that, I've decided to open a paypal account where everyone who would like to help out can donate. Just Kidding. I appreciate the advice. I've actually heeded some already and removed the window visors and moonroof Visor. It does look much better without those.

Next On List

In no particular order. Eibach Pro Kit, RonJonBody Kit, Exhaust. I have hesitated on buying the Ronjob Kit because I was having a hard time trying to find a shop I felt comfortable with. I had a conversation with a "service guy" at the Acura shop and he said they could do it there if it uses the same OEM mounting points.

I would love to have the acura dealership install the kit. If they do the A-SPEC there, the the RJ kit should not be too much different.

Do your research, do not have an acura dealer install the RJ kit. The A-spec kits comes pre painted, and it mounts on using 3m tape. The RJ kit is alot more complicated, needs to be painted, and requires the removal of the front and rear bumper. If you can afford to have a dealer install it, you can afford to have a top of the line shop in your area install. Do your homework, that's my advice on the RJ kit.

Thanks a Bunch. I thought the A-SPEC mounted the same way (bolt on). Thats why I love these forums.

Agree with Lokius. The dealer should not do it. The A-Spec kit is just a lip kit, the RJ is full bumper replacements.

By the way, the Devotions look great.

Nice looking TL. How about a simple pic of the entire side of the car. It's hard to tell the overall look with all these crazy pic angles.

I would love to see the entire car directly from the side w/ the wheel straight. I know the drop will make the car look even better

These look great on your car..I've got the color 04TL and trying to decide what wheel to get...helps get a visual
I've got Eibach Prot kit on mine and am pretty happy with them. The ride and drop with the Eibachs will be worth every penny.

Love the polish lips on those RJ Wheels. Looking good and once you lower it and put on an A-spec Kit will dramatically change the look of your car.

Dude, your ride is tite! I've got the same car, sans the RJs. You're making a good case for my next mod!

btw - How do you like the rear wing spoiler? Seems like a lot of TLers aren't down with it. I put mine on last week and love it.

I have heard a few people say "remove the rear wing spoiler", but I actually like it. I think it sets the car off as well. I do agree though that the window visors and moonroof visor, detracts from the flow/lines of the car. The more I looked at mine, the uglier I thought they were. I have not gotten that impression with the rear spoiler.

Damn man... I know this is an old thread and all, but the pictures DO NOT do those wheels justice. Seeing them on your ride at the meet we had at my house was impressive. Cameras just can not capture the quality and overall impression of those wheels..
