I used Photoshop CS5, I'm sure you can find something else online thats quick and easy. Maybe even a free HDR program.

Well, I got UBER lucky this holiday season. Why?
Well, Dad's wife's family is doing the Christmas Eve 7 course seafood meal TODAY instead of the 24th to accomodate some of their family.
ON the 24th we're having a Very Merry Cuban Christmas with my Uncle's GF AND Betty's very Cuban parents are joining us there, which is a rare occasion. Caja china and outdoor dinner included...pig roast for all yallz green go's.
Then the 25th, gifts with B in the morning...then regular Christmas with my Mom and the usual suspects.
So today, off to drink Negroni's and prepare seafood...leave it to me to show up with my detailing apron, car work nitrile gloves and my own sharpening stone and knives...and my fusion 2 player.
J.
Merry Christmas, all!
Tyler, thanks buddy...I've been trying man...

rockstar143: A photo documentary (Newest entry added: 4/2/13)
Ok, so...like most rockstars...I'm retiring my old thread now that it's all washed up and nobody goes to the concerts anymore.
At 160ish pages to wade through, it was pretty hard to get to the meat and potatoes of it without ending up with camel dung on your knickers. I'll leave it open because I'll still likely go in there to post mods and diy links.
So here is how I got the car, bone stock in 2009. As most know, my stepfather bought the car (with my prodding) in December of 2003 as a "sport package" TL. This later became the Aspec so I'm so OG, I don't even have the badge or steering wheel. Just wheels and aero kit. It's a 6 speed. He originally paid $39500 for it when he leased an put on 34K miles in 5 years...when I bought it off his lease from him.
Needless to say, I thought the car was perfect like that and swore I was turning 30, this was a mature car, and I was done modding. Turns out I was a liar...
Tein SS within a month of ownership...
then, I had a myriad of mods I've added and subtracted over the years...headlights, grill options, emblem options (except AMP'd emblems...been in love with those since I put them on), different headlights, tail lights, sidemarkers. Also, you'll notice that my photography has gotten a little better over the years...
red emblems done wrong...then done with anodized red
I still need to sort through other stages in my photobucket before I get to current, it's not sorted properly.
Here with aspecs, spacers, weathertech visors, usr smoked tails and removed spoiler.
oh, and calipers painted...and here, spoiler back on, and red tails back on
silver trim back on on grill...
the world's smallest violin playing "my heart bleed's for you"...thanks Mr. Gates, 1991 Civics class in Middle school!
Spacers above, hmm...I want to say it's just a 20MM spacer on the back, don't think I had the 10MM front spacer yet on that picture.
6MTProwler, when I do remove the spoiler, I normally make a cover out of glossy black vinyl. But I ALWAYS end up missing spoiler. I know it's not the popular choice but if I did what was popular I'd be another NBP with window spoiler and trunk lid spoilers...lol. No offense!
Ok, to carry on the pictures.
Old cars:
97 Accord...workhorse...sold with 112K...never shoulda...stick and bulletproof EX.
EP3 that I totaled a week after adding HFP kit:
and BOM RSX that replaced it...had it till 75K miles and when I bought the TL.
Thanks boys...working my way up to current status.
The day I got my Type S tails (now modified)...fedex cracked one corner, by the time they had reimbursed me, I decided I could live with it and they paid for 1 full light which covered the entire purchase from a member and 10 extra bucks.
transferred over my bike rack and hitch receiver from the RSX...
and the day I first did the Accord fogs
added HID's to both mine and fiancee's accord
Amp'd too.
Clear headlights I bought off a member (currently live in attic)...and what I like to call "the Hitler" for the front grill...
..and then there were rims
that test fit!
wow...time flies.
You like em? You've seen em in person...I remember when the member selling them had them up for sale for like 8 months. I kept eye fkn them...and he kept dropping the price on them. I'm glad I took the chance and went for it. I do love them.
Them waxed works! Fiancee got me a contour suction mount for my contour GPS...gave it a whirl today...love watching rims spin and love the sound of the exhaust.
PS, Steven, thanks a bunch for merging the other pictures! I'll PM you every few updates
How about that first time I did the headlights myself? All blacked out...
Entry Date: 1/2/12
And the God's have smiled down upon me. After more than a year with my CD player not working, today, I got in the car and just happened to press "eject"...what do you know...CD popped out. I ejected them all and then reinserted one that I knew wasn't a problem and it was all good so far. Eur fkn Eka!
My small stint with ghost tails...USR's. Didn't like how stark the contrast was on NBP...
and a few with my oem type s's (now modified).
Here you can see these were with the gorilla locks painted blue, before I got the works.
and here is a another shot of the headlights when I first did them blacked out
Getting to the point of being current now...so I'll post up some newer flickr's
Entry Date: 1/3/12
Might as well update these here too...new ones.
I love this interior shot:

Anil, thanks buddy! Sorry, thought I responded to you last night. And dang, SB moved the vid but am I just not seeing it in the 1st post? I'll look again!
Thanks Steven.
I no see my vids!
Maybe I'm blind!
Ok, facing forward, the sound ain't great...guessing the mic is up front. Turn volume down for this one.
facing back, it sounded a lot better, can hear the exhaust better.

Thanks buddies...I appreciate it! I was holding off to post more pictures until I find ALL my pre Work wheel pictures...although the ones you like are actually when I was between tires earlier this year.
Chip, thanks, man...I agree...got to the point where I think people would figure it's too much BS to sort through, or the bumps were all bs...which sucked cause I generally post new picture sets every week!

Looks good sir!
Quick question... What'd you do with the bolt holes when you took off the spoiler?? I've been thinking about doing the same thing but I don't want to buy a whole new trunk..

If I was granted access like a mod, I would clean up your thread for you from all the BS'ing. I have nothing better to do with my time since I'm still not working from my surgery.

Awesome idea J, thanks for taking the time to do it. You should convince Tyler to do this too, and keep the asparasocks in the old thread. You both have some awesome shots that are worth being easier to see.

Thanks Chip...I actually only started with the cars I've owned that I wasn't too cheap or scared to mod.
EDIT:
Sorry, Steven and 04Blue...posted while you all were posting. Steven, let's hear it! 04...tell me about it, brother...I kick myself every time I see my list...I shoulda kept the accord for reliability and mpg, the civic hatch for th mpg, and the corolla for RWD utter cheap modding fun. Dang. If I could turn bag time...(Cher, anyone?)
previous that, sorry for no easy access to digital cams...
1988 Ford Taurus Station Wagon, dubbed the panty dropper.
1986 Toyota Corolla, RWD and carb'd...I was a pussy, don't even ask.
1991 Honda Civic DX hatch...red, great gas mileage and down for whatever (aka 180k miles with zero maintenance and ne'er a washing)
2002 Nissan Frontier, before the EP...15 mpg for the first time ever and fkn BORING to drive...lasted me a month before taking the hit to trade in.
