Looks amazing. The DRL's make a nice contrast.

Thank you!
I had actually pulled the fuse for the DRL module for a week, but I missed the yellow!

The first shots have the lights off...but I can take a few tonight with the lights off from a better angle. Let me ride my bike and get the hitch off. Also, will try and have my GF step on brake to see the red light completely up.

Thanks man...
Yeah, won't do that...don't want to deal with the hassle of filling the holes, plus, I actually dig the spoiler.

So quick update...
Tried smoking rear tails turn signal area...NOT! Ugly
Tried smoking whole rear tail...NOT! Ugly

Goof off and porter cable and I'm back to the way they showed up on my doorstep and now that I got those attempts out of my system. I just love it...leaving it just the way it is.

Also, installed front camber kit...and slight vibration is gone. TOE is out and yesterday the guy at tire kingdom was swamped and today didn't have the attachment for my style wheels...after driving down 30 miles from SUnrise after work...whatever...no sense in getting mad at something out of my control. I got the ebay specials for $75 shipped...they do the trick! Super happy and won't look back...drives a lot more smoothly.

I think part of the way to have a classy ride, is to know when you did something UGLY and no matter how much effort you put into it, you remove it...lol.

Everything about the car looks great man, except one thing... that godawful wing spoiler. I think a lip spoiler would look wayy better and even give a sportier look. The wing just looks out of place.

I know...I'm hard headed...and I love it! lol...
What can I do...I like the wing spoiler, and I'm not willing to fill holes and paint if I decided to remove it!

Anyway, still not 100% but I've had a couple of big expenses come up recently...and I may be putting these wheels up for sale. Not hard pressed to sell, but def. as I get older I am getting my priorities straight. If I do, there'll be a thread in the BM, Craigslist and eventually Ebay.

you dont have to fill holes and all of that.....just find a TL who wants a wing spoiler....thats what i did....drove down 200 miles to someone who switched TL trunks with me.....and i instantly replaced the spoiler with a lip

well i also switched bumpers (got rear type S ASPEC) for my rear also switched rear and front camber kit....and i thought i got a great deal.....worth the drive....

so find ur TL

ohhhh and try to avoid the financial difficulty without selling the rims....they look good on ur ride and is more of a 1 of a kind rim

Thanks for the compliments guys...
Well, honestly, I didn't know that about the holes being covered by the other tail...the only time I hate the wing is when I wash the car and I can't get all the water out from around it. lol.

About the wheels, I will sleep on it. I honestly really liked the look of the aspecs too, so we will see. Putting a couple grand back in the bank right now would probably be a good move though regardless. My girl will thank me for it later, if you know what I mean

Yeah...no matter what set I have on the car I'm shooting for a st of 20mm spacers for the back...the works with the +35 up front and the + 45 rear with the spacers would sit super flush...

I figured out why thee a specs need it...i used an upper balljoint camberkit that bridport the to out...in the rear I used a 2 control arm kit the brought the bottom in

Thanks man, I've gotten a LOT more positive response than expected! You guys are the bomb!

Just for sh*ts and giggles, I may try and take my wing off...just to see...plus, then I can properly clean and polish under it! I will likely put the wing back on though....lol.

Spacers...or no spacers, I'm so undecided! I think I'm going to order a set of 20MM spacers regardless because I need to bring the rears back out a bit. I can tell when I hit a bump there's a slight wiggle because the stance has the fronts sitting wider than the rear. I probably should have gone with the top arm camber kit for the rear to have brought the top out instead of the bottom in, but since it's all aligned now anyway, and I can keep the spacer for my next car I think I'll go that route.

Either way, that'll bring the rear Aspec back to wider AND it'll allow me to put the +35's up front and +45's in the rear with the spacer to have a great lookin stance. With my ADD having 2 wheel options is great...at least until I decide whether or not I'll be selling.

Ok...ordered...went with Ichiba 20MM...leave it to me being in Vegas on a few drinks to pull the trigger to spend $140 bucks on 2 pieces of metal to give me a "nicer" stance. I hope I love it...most of the stuff I buy would easily resell if I changed my mind, which is part of the decision making process.

Congrats on getting the spacers! I'l eventually get a set of 15mm spacers for my A-Specs.

Add me to the list of the people wanting you to ditch the wing spoiler. Maybe Santa will be generous.

And can you just make a damn progress thread instead of whoring this thread out?

Ok...you got me...I may ask to change this to a progress thread instead of just a thread about my rims. lol...
and yeah, I'm SO looking forward to getting the spacers..and initially, they will probalby go on my rear aspecs anyway...

About the wing spoiler, I will probably just figure out how to remove it to clean under it, and see how it looks...but it will likely be put back on the car!

Any reason why you are thinking about selling the works?
