This is my first time shooting and editing in raw using a Canon Mark II D with a 24-105 lens. If anyone has any pointers, I would greatly appreciate it...

I was basically trying to get the same effect as ST04Louis got in the Subie shots. The only thing I didnt use was a flash, which would have helped.

Hope you didnt pay a arm and a leg for it from ritz
All you need now is light stands, umbrellas, remotes, triggers etc etc etc. Adds up tooooo quick.

Here are some first attempts at HDR's. Don't mind the water marks, I was testing out the program to make sure I like it before I get it. Suggestions and comments are always welcome.
better ones to come spring time with a drop.

In honor of Faiz, I figured I should bum this thread and keep his legacy alive 
Got a new camera this weekend and did a few test HDR's. Shot with a Canon Mark II Eos 5D and with a 16mm- 35mm lens, and a 24-105 mm lens.
