R.I.P MRP!!!! Hello NBP Type-S!!
So I finally got word yesterday that MRP is actually tottaled. Hence the red tag on the driver's window.
So immediately I head on over to the Acura Dealership and copped one of the last NBP Type-S that they have. Two tone seats and all! Sorry for the pic quality, i took these with my blackberry curve. I'm off for the rest of this week so more nicer pics are coming real soon.

I took these this morning on my way out for work. Notice the Lexus SC300? Thats what I was driving while I was waiting on insurance to finally pull the damn trigger!(Shots out to Moms for letting me drive it for the time being)

That was a sweet car you had- sorry for your loss (beautiful new car by the way). Glad you and your daughter are both OK.
Did the other driver have his ass handed to him? He really deserves it! I hope he loses his license indefinitely. I hate drunk drivers...as I'm sure we all do.

It was a lease so dude's(drunk driver) insurance paid the lease off. Since I stopped making payments on it as soon as the accident happened, I had the money for the down payment on the type-s. Intuition told me that the car was totalled as soon as it happened. Insurance really wanted to fix it, but due to serious frame damage(especially around the cabin on passenger side) its beyond repair!
Insurance didnt help me with the new car, just paid the old one off.

yeah the very same day Austin (OP) got into the accident he told me he's getting an NBP Type S... and sure enough he's got one!!!

I appreciate all the love from yall, especially the folks who were happy to hear that my daughter and I were ok...thats the most important thing. The TL-S means nothing compared to that!

^^^^^yes but it looks like the amp was damaged in the accident. It has this horrible altenator hum now that I installed it into the TL-S. I took it to the audio shop and it is indeed the amp giving off that noise. So i gotta send it off for a warranty replacement which could take forever!

ok, I see that you took off the dealer badge now you need to take off the pin strip which seems like it was carried on from your MRP to the S haha.
