eh...desaturating a picture, adding a gaussian blur, and darkening the rims makes you a grandmaster...? 
...try reading classroom in a book...you might learn how to do more than just apply filters...

hey rookie, i hope your 5gb of customer artwork doesn't include piss-poor quality like this...
if you're gonna desaturate the background, make sure you get the entire thing...work on them tracing skills man...

^ Yes it is automata's TL. The wheels are Volks SF-Winnings.
The lights are stock. The picture is not PS'd. I think back when he took the pics of the TL, he said that he got the pic right when the lights turned on (which gives it more of a bluish look).

I'm not trying to offend you but I must say that you've done such a poor PS job and I can see rimz is actually fairly good at PS. It's just that he chose to use the "fake-looking" style, not that he can't do a better job.
BTW, I used to be a CG artist and worked for one of the biggest VFX studios in Canada so I know what I'm talking about.
