Thanks man! Yes your right, it's kept outside all day everyday. It's a 80% daily driver except when it snows I don't use it. This was my 1st car that I paid for myself and I know I'm keeping it for a long time as well. I do my best to keep it in perfect condition paint and mechanical.

Thank you! My father is a General Contractor as my brother is a Certified Architech. My father wanted to build his dream house for retirement. My parents are thrilled, they just want to enjoy their new home and make it the way they want it. I being 24 and working in this area can't afford to move with them since it's almost 2 hours away. I might live there for a bit, however I will probably find a condo in my area and start on my own.
