Got the codes scanned and came up with P0300, 0301, 0305. There is a TSB on my car with those exact codes coming up. I'm getting all the info and heading to Acura to see about a reflash of my ECU.

At the dealer now and the service manager just came out and said they are updating the PCM at no cost to me. Thank you Acurazine for all the info on this site so I could come into the dealer with the knowledge beforehand and not have them charge me for this.

GOOD SHYT! Glad to hear Adam!

Not sure if it's fixed. I drove 80 miles down to Ft. Myers for my holiday party. On my was back I filled up with gas and went WOT getting on the interstate. The check engine light flashed for about 10 sec and then went off. I reset my MID while driving back at 75-80 mph and I was getting 26 mpg. After I got the spark plugs replaced and before the ECU update, I was getting 31 MPG on the interstate. I don't know if I got bad gas? I filled up with 93.
I may invest in a code scanner for $20 and then switch the coill packs around to see if the code jumps to other cylinders. I don't really know where to go from here? I don't notice the car bucking or loss in power when the light flashes while going WOT.

Dude, with all the modding to the intake, exhaust, etc...I've seen some funny business with this car. Misfire on all cylinders, misfire on individual cylinders, emissions failure codes, etc...
My best advice is the system is very complex and smart and keeps learning and relearning about it's environment. After struggling with 02 sensors repeatedly and getting codes, I realized that you need to give it time...let the ECU learn and it may kick the code out for good. My CEL was constant on/off for months...then, just stopped and hasn't come back.

This is true but I remember Adams saying he's been dealing with this issue for quite some time and if my memory serves me correctly the problems existed before any type of mods to his exhaust or intake correct me if I'm wrong Adam... If not then jeremy has a valid point allow the system how to reset itself for every time you turn on the car drive it and turn it off and sooner or later it may adapt

Don't throw parts at it...I almost did but was patient. They all cleared themselves. The MPG, especially from the MID, is very fickle...I wouldn't make decisions based on a +/- 3 mpg change there.

I'm going to be cleaning up the car on Thurs. I've been putting off a few things and decided to do it all at once. First up will be respraying my front grill with Plasti-dip. It was starting to look rough and chip in a few spots. Here it is all removed and back to stock.
Next up is my roof spoiler. I have the ebay BMW style roof spoiler and I applyed it with the supplied tape and an additional strip of tape down the middle. I noticed it was starting to sag a little in the corner and it lifted right up when I was testing to see it's strength sticking. I bought some stronger VHB tape and I'm going to see how that holds up. i'm debating not taping all the way from one end to the other and leaving a few channels for water to run down. It seemed like water would build up between the spoiler and roof and might have caused the tape to lose strength.
Thinking about switching to the red decal. I held it up and I like the way it goes with the taillights and side markers.
My biggest project will be fixing up some paint chips. I decided to go with Dr. Colorchip over OEM bc of it's ease of use and it's impossible to mess up. I've used it before on my Cobra and had great results. I feel like using the two stage OEM paints leaves too much room for error. I know this won't be a perfect match, but when filled in it won't really stand out.
Here is my car looking sexy in my garage. I lowered it over a month ago and it's still settling down. Front has dropped 1.25'' and rear a little over .75''. I'll probably do coils down the road, but for now I'm pleased with the minor drop.

I agree with Jeremy, word for word.....
I had been getting the codes for a while and I ran seafoam and they have been off for a while....the only codes, am getting is the EGR delete codes....
Now onto the new pix, the drop looks nice...and eager to see some nice pix with the spoiler on

I vote to keep the white firefighter thing...generally, I don't like stickers and def not off center ones, but it doesn't look bad. The red attracts too much of your eye to it.
and to be honest, on the front grill on WDP and SSM, I kinda like the stock silver cause it almost does blend into the car a bit. I'm annoyed by my chipping grill...I might even slap the silver back on for a bit to see if it makes the front of the car look cleaner.

I do think the brushed grill looks good on WDP, but I still prefer the black. It gives my car that "modded" look. I may not do it tomorrow since my main focus is the paint and I don't want to risk overspray in some areas getting touched up.
I'll probably end up switching to the red fire decal just to give my car a change. I'm not really a fan of decals on the car, but I've worked so hard to get hired that I want to represent for right now. Plus it's a good way to get out of tickets if I ever get pulled over.

Totally agree with representing what you're proud of, man. But don't do it with decals at all!
Get the FF tag! It's like an extra 25 for the year, I believe.
I used to put a Swiss flag on my cars...now, I got creative. I got the American Red Cross tag and modded the flag.

Car is washed and touch-up paint applied. I have the tape applied to the roof spoiler and will probably wait for my g/f to get home to give me a second set of hands to put back on. FF decal has been removed, not sure if I'll keep it off or put the red one on. Not doing the Plastidip right now. It looks clean and I like the change. I'll paint the grill in a few weeks when I'm bored and want another project.
Your license plate gives me an idea... I can get a 2'' decal to put over the oranges in middle of our FL plate. I'm really not a fan of the personalized plates, I like the regular FL ones best.

It was in the mid 60's today and I was cold!
I just bought the paint for $28 because I already extra solution when I used it on my previous car. All you need is the small kit for $39 and it's more than enough.
Here is a review I did on it from another forum.

Got the windows retinted today. Got Llumar 15% sides and 5% rear. I also took Rockstars advice and tried to go on the decal. I put it over one of the Oranges, I'm not sure I like it. I wonder if it would look better centered.

Thanks man. The plate is only a year old. Looking back now I wish I went with the general plate, I don't like it showing what county I'm from.

Everything's looking great Adam! How do you like the Dr. Color Chip touch up paint? How does it match up to the OEM paint? I would actually like to pick some of that up myself, just in case.

The weather sucks here! Yesterday morning it was forecasted to be sunny until Sun. Now it's going to be cloudy and/or rain until Mon. I have a couple bubbles that need to sit out in the sun.
It matches good enough, but not perfect. I realized last weekend I left a blob of paint on for a week that I forgot to remove the excess. I was able to get it off with minimal work. That's one of the things I like about this. It's impossible to screw up.
Thanks for the title update.
Thank you!
I've been wanting to do this when I bought the car a year ago, but I always found reasons to hold off. I don't really have any other mods I want to do at the time and I have the extra money right now to do it.
Most cars down here have illegal tint and can get away with it. If you're driving like an idiot or the cop wants to be an A-hole, you might get a ticket for it. The mobile tint guy that did my car had 5% on his windshield.
It looks so much better with darker tint. I'm tempted to do my windshield in 50%.
