I have a question and I know I am going to get slammed for asking it, but why does everyone have the aspec body kit? Yes, it looks good, but if everyone has it, then doesn't it lose it's effect? I am getting my TL lowered on Tein S. Tech springs and I have the stock 2004 rims on 17's. I think about getting the body kit, but want to stand out not blend in. Are there other kits out there?
Might as well include the (little) progress I've made on the car. I did the intake resonator delete a couple weeks ago.
Here is my car at the shop getting the springs installed.

To the dude asking about blending in with an A-Spec kit, don't let that turn you away from it. On this site, it's really popular, but when driving around town, your TL will really stand out to those who notice it.

I'm sure I'll be back up at some point. He does great work and he will be my go-to guy for installations. Someone stopped by with a slammed TSX as my car was finishing up. Nice guy and very clean car.

I was going through my photos from the other day and it looks like my camera was having trouble focusing. I don't really like how the edit of the other photos came out. Here is another that looks "more natural" in lighting. I'm hoping to get back out in the early am or evening time to get better lighting.

Sweet, clean ride dude!
Love your progress so far and the drop is superb!
^^^ This is true. Despite how many people you see on the forum get the ASpec body kit, 9.5/10 times you will not spot another TL that is not stock. Since the day I bought my car till now which is about 8 months, I have only saw 3 TL's with ASpec kit. Rest was all stock. And the ones you see with the kit, you get a sense of satisfaction to be part of that small number of TL's in your area of town to have it.

The A-Spec kit changes the look of the car. It makes it more aggressive looking. The kit is very common online, but I promise you not many TL's around town will have the A-Spec kit. I can't drive 5 min without spotting another TL, but it's rare to see another with the kit around town.

Met up with my buddy this afternoon to get some new pics. I took about 350, so I have a lot to go through. Here are just a few for now. I'll be posting more in the next few days.

I just signed up on Flickr and apparently it's more difficult to save photos after loading them. Here are the pics loaded to Photobucket. Mods please edit my posts.

Thanks for the compliments guys! I took the photos while a friend drove my car and his fiance drove his.
If anyone was wondering... Pics were taken on my Canon XSi with Sigma 10-20 for the rolling shots and Canon 50mm f/1.8 for the stills.
Here are a few more shots I took of his R32.

Too bad you're not in the area. I'm willing to meet up with anyone who wants them. I love getting the practice and pissing off traffic.
Thanks man! Your car gave me inspiration.
Here is another fun shot I came across. Wiiiiiiide angle.

...last batch of shots did your car a LOT more justice, buddy. I'm going to have to step my game up!
PS, that last rolling picture is your avatar. Do it...do it.
OH, and for your high res stuff, you gotta figure out uploading and posting from flickr. NIGHT AND DAY from photobucket. My Flickr pictures usually look even BETTER than when I just look at them directly on my computer. It's nuts.

Did you move the link? That's what it looks like to me, you posted the link and then you moved the location. Otherwise, just click the picture, and click the "share" then copy the BBCode and whatever size you want (I leave it large).

I loaded all the pics... I right-clicked the pic and copied the code. I then pasted it through the insert image link on here. Once I left the site and went back on, the pics weren't even on there anymore. I'll have to go back on and figure out why they didn't save automatically like on PB.

Thanks, you'd be surprised how many shots I took that came out like crap. I took over 300 roling shots and only a small percent came out good.
His car is pretty nice, just got it a few months ago. Has the DSG tranny and is pretty fun to launch. It just needs a lot more power and it would be a blast to drive... Headlights/taillights will be down the road when I figure out what I want to do.

Thanks man, just trying to keep up with your rolling shots with Rockstar!
Find someone you trust to drive your car and take them yourself. I have a fun time doing it.
