alright so i got a couple fittings and such, and mocked something up real quick... 2 compressors, the accuair vu4, water trap and pressure sensor.

here is the start of my Ksport coilbags w/ Accuair E-Level system.

^ well the Ksport system retails around 2700, the accuair E-Level system including vu4 solenoid is another 2k on top of that.

accuair is expensive but its hands down the best Air Management system on the market. check out their website and accuair videos on youtube. with e level if you change the load at all it will re-level itself accordingly so your car will always stay within 1/16 of alignment spec.

Since you've upgraded piece of the KSport kit with the AccuAir stuff, what are you doing with the unused KSport stuff?

well Ksport uses manual paddle switches with only Front and rear movement w/ 1/4 air lines. only thing not being used is few switches, gauge, pressure sensor, some 1/4 fittings and air lines.

Nice... Air is the best...

As a side note... Since the Accuair doesn't have any pressure reading display... I would get the Dakota Digital Air pressure display... it would really help if you ever have some kind of leak or issue with the system.

The Time has come for me to go air, here is a progressive time-line of the whole build!

The homie Jimmy who is going to build the box to house everything, and also create my false floor, and do my interior wrapping

some random Photos of the stuff being laid out, my car and the home depot trip (which we had to do 3 times LOL)

WORK!!! plus a sneak peak at the Praxis van soon to come AGAIN to a car show near you

Box coming together

everything in the car, one 5 gallon tank, 2 viair 380cc compressors, E-Level ECU, VU4, all 3/8 air lines run through the car, wire harness & power ready to be routed.

Still have to install the E-Level sensors on the suspension, and still missing a couple air fittings for the Air strut, i replaced all fittings with universal air Push to Connect DOT fittings, however the air strut 90 degree 1/8 NPT to 3/8 PTC Swivel had to be special ordered. Also 1/4 schrader valve is on order for quick drain of any water that accumulates in the air tank, that will be routed for quick drain through the spare tire well. I also have on order are air hose quick release fittings, so i will be able to quick fill my tires or anyone around me if they are low

I would recommend installing a check valve (same as on the compressor leader hose) after the water trap... between the water trap and the solenoid/valve box... so when you drain the water trap and the tank... you don't lose pressure in the bags... Works for me... also isolates the air hose you're planning to install... cause it only takes a few seconds of using to release almost all the pressure out the system...

Good luck and it's coming out real nice.

Also... I hope you have a 165 -200psi Pressure switch...

Thanks for the heads up Rodney. Already talked to accuair guys. I don't need the check valve for their system. The pressure sensor
That came with the vu4 is rated up to 200psi. Also thinking about the Dakota digital gauge and schrader valves on the bags just in case of a line failure

Quick update the car is going to universal air suspension tonight to get the e-level sensors installed
