Plasti dipped my carbon bronze pearl > Balloon White

First time doing a full car dip using the DYC kit from dipyourcar.com.

Needs touch up in a few spots but overall happy for a first time job.

I would have masked off more, such as the rear bumper grill garnish, and the exhaust pieces above the tips, also the wheel wells too

wonder how easy/difficult it would be to remove

reminds me of "The Jackal"
when Bruce Willis Power washed the minivan to take off the paint to reveal a different color.

I wonder if insurance companies / auto registries require you to change the color of the car on the registration and such from these products..?

Definitely, if you got pulled over and up came a different color car you could get in trouble for having false license plates or something along those lines, but I guess it may differ state to state..

Have fun washing it. If the paint came out gritty, it will pick up all kinds of stuff and impossible to wash out.

Gonna be interesting to see what happens as these products get more and more popular.

Even though it's not as good as real paint, it's def appealing to be able to change the color of your car yourself, in one day, for a fraction of the cost of a good paint job. Also a good way for auto thieves to hide a car in plain sight after stealing it lol.
