Is the vent in the back the only difference?
The one you added appears to be the older model without any vent. My 2007 TL has a vent, but not the same design as the TL-S vent.

nope no vent... I swapped out with a member who has an 04-06 nbp... the vent isn't needed for the base tl... since the aspec covers it anyway...
NOW... if you are an 07-08 tl and throw on a type s rear lip... WELL then the vent is all conditions go
ps. the vent is fake hehehehe

I know many of you will be like gee it is just a greddy exhaust on a base lip... but it means more to me than that I can now enjoy my fartcans with the correct sized opening

eh... I will take some better pics when there isn't snow on the forecast... I was outside ballinfizzle style wearing flip flops on a 60 degree day... then I hear is supposed to snow

the weather has been horrible so all my pics look just that way
ps. yes I always park in a handicap spot... why, well cuz those spots are mad far away, handicap peeps dont use em...

THIS IS NOT A STREET SIGN... I work at a hospital... for some unscrupulous reason the handicap spots are farther away from the entrance... trust me if I was handicapped I wouldn't use these spots
anyway... I work security... I will call a tow truck for my own car... RIGHT

PS. I measured the distance between the spots actual handicap people use... it is 15feet away from a handicap ramp... the handicap spots are 50 feet away

yea the area next to the hospital is a columbia university field - soccer, football, baseball/softball, track (in a big complex... not all in 1 field many fields) thus the tower lights

The cans are looking much better wedged under the '06 rear.
But a bit of a downgrade w/o the A-Spec lip.
Time to go all out and go retro on the front too
The 06 lip kit was perfect.
