Not bad after two weeks

So i have had my new TL for a lil over 2 weeks and got some stuff done. Pretty happy about it just hope its not to much accent black and gotta get the wheels after tax season but just got 20% tints, put 2 boston G2 12 inch subs with kenwood 1000W amp, smoked out side markers with white lights, used PLastiDip for the emblems which alot of people suggested so thank u for that and put vinyl on the grill and a tint cover over the headlights for the time being. still got some work to be done but not a bad start.

Nice progress!

You need to remove the Plasti-Dip from the inside of your rear emblem. From a distance the emblem just looks like a black circle.

Did you paint your gas tank door too?

Just take the emblem off. Otherwise you will rip it lol. I ripped mine twice until I just took it off and did it.

Car looks good!! I had those headlight overlays for a time...They will eventually piss you off and make you want to black them out properly. The fact that I got a lot of crap for having them definitely sped up the process, and I could not be happier with the results!!

What do you mean by "smoked out side markers with white lights"

If you're talking about that tint you have on your head lights, those are called corner lights or parking/turn signal lights.

Your side markers are the LEDs that are actually on the sides of the car and they only come on when your headlights / parking lights are turned on.

And when you say "white lights" are you talking about your turn signals? How do they look behind the black tint? I would imagine they are very dim looking lol.

Also, did you trade your NBP TL in for a silver one? Your avatar picture and your post pictures are 2 different colored TLs lol

Lamonicas, there's nothing wrong with the 1/2 tints. Nice work, but pace yourself. In 2 more weeks, you'll be exhausted and broke!

the headlight overlays are temporary until i can get money together to clear them out. And the side markers are from here http://www.uniquestyleracing.com/20actlclorsm.html. They have a white light whenever the headlights are on- ill get a pic to see what they look like
As far as the black TL is concerned. I totaled it about a month and half two months ago so the pro pic is in honor of her haha
