Whats up everybody,

I put these Traklite 18"s on and I hate the way they sit! I'm considering dropping it or just changing the rims...any advice??

Change the rims. They're terrible. I think a solid black wheel with or without a polished lip will look good

no but seriously, burn them to the ground.

actually, where'd you get them? try and return to sender? sell on craigslist? tell your younger brother they'd look dope on his ride instead?

Quick solution. Put your stock ones back on ASAP.

Those rims look like they belong in a 1992 vanilla ice video

If one day, I ever want to commit suicide, I would slap these wheels on and drive my car and crash into an oil tanker truck

Yeah why downgrade the look ofthe car with aftermarket wheels? Put the oem's back on. I always think it's funny when peoPle buy different wheels which actually make the car look worse lol. Either way I have seen much worse than those on this forum. Wheels are an easy fix.

Edit: Looking at them again, I really think its the Paint Job that makes em look really bad. If U cant return them try Repainting them the Type S wheel Color.

Well, to be fair, at the time he bought them, I doubt he thought, "Yeah, these will make the car look aweful. Just what I'm looking for."

OP, what size tire are you running; your wheel gap looks massive and that ain't helping the looks of anything.

And why does your car look like it's sagging in the back?

They look sort of sporty. if you paint them and drop the ride a bit, it would look decent.

But please for the time being put on the stockers!

Get them painted or powdercoated one color.
Lower the car. It will look a lot better.

Then stop buying wheels when you're drunk.

Hammy, by now, you might get the idea that the general consensus is to change out the wheels. I kind of like the idea of painting the wheels before you cast them off....

Those wheels do not work. lol

At least make them one solid color, that might turn out semi decent.

If they were lower offset and all one color, and maybe a size bigger they'd probably look good.

i know right?

it's funny when a OP posts something asking for opinions and when everyone starts to flame the OP never returns or replies to any questions ha. or maybe he's busy and hasn't had the time to come back

but either way, what were you thinking?? those rims are ugly when not mounted to the car, even uglier when mounted to your TL.

i say sell those wheels and buy some coilovers.

put on coilovers and your stockies. that will look much much cleaner than those wheels.

no car looks good without a drop anyways. to pull rims off, you gotta be dropped. you don't see people going around 4x4 status with $2000/set of rims
