New car itch = New parts addition + New pics
Change from last pic threads are...
1. deleted cf roof lip
2. deleted typeS badge
3. removed spare tire + tools
Plus new additions...
1. AEM CAI + Injen Hydroshield
2. Braille 21lb battery
Little bit of weight reducing made TL much more nimble on corners and brembos actually feels like real brembos now. Increased handling and braking with reduced weight is a great plus
For intake. Been driving with removed stock intake resonator over a year and didn't notice increased intake noise with AEM cai replacement. Noticed improved throttle response and it revs quicker/smoother. Unlike other cold air intakes, it didn't lose low end torque. Another great addition to make TL quicker

very nice, if you want to do some further weight reduction, think about trading in those a-spec rims in for some lighter rims. Also quick question, does the battery cover fit nicely with the new battery?

you kinda sorta mounted the battery akward the frp mount they make is very sturdy and for a few extra bucks also saves some weight since it weighs in at under 1lbs... as for the negative terminal I think it is too close to the intake ram for comfort... I went the other way like so...
relocated the negative terminal
ps. excellent choice in battery... cranks the car soo quickly

yea.. these aspecs are damn heavy and kills my mpg.
will upgrade for different rims around next summer if TL survives my new car itch.
battery cover should fit on top of base heat shield cover but didn't see the need for it.

yea i was going to install them horizontally like yours too but i decided to keep the stock heat shield. if i remember correctly, plastic covers covering oem battery acts like a heat shield and helps battery's longetivity/performance. any other info on them guys??
