New to the Acura TL community
After owning a modded Maxima for 11 years, I have made the switch to Acura. Picked up an 04 TL Base 2 weeks. I don't plan on doing much it as it is my daily and I drive a lot more for work now. So far I have tinted it and put my 18's on from the Maxima and installed my sub/amp. I should be getting the USA Spec BT45-Hon3. After researching, the only mods I see myself doing would be adding the ASpec suspension with A-Spec kit and blacking out the headlights. Also looking to replace my rear seats as they are not in the best shape.
So far I love this car. Great stock power and I love the looks.

Unfortunately, not too long after doing the work on the Maxima, I got married and had kids. The car with a basic street tune dyno'd around 210whp. I never got around to tuning it properly to get the most out of it. It did pull however, especially on the highway. This motor itself was built by someone who had it in a 95 Max. He tracked it once and ran low 12's. I just never got around to fully getting the car setup properly or doing any runs.
I was looking into an 02-03 Max to swap my parts, but the conditions of them up here would have involved too much body work. Therefore I just ended up looking for something nice and stylish for a daily driver due to my job.
The wife gets the new car and drive a Nissan Rogue. I'll take the 11 year old TL over it lol. I refuse to drive her car lol.

I am a semi-old "Car Guy" and am fairly NEW to Acura ownership.....I live in the Denver area and would like to get in touch with some Acura owner's to bring me up to speed ,owning one of these. My wife drives a 1999 TL that we bought from her parents, who bought the car New. Would love to hear from some owner's that are enthusiasts !

Rear "Factory" Spoiler/Wing...?
I purchased a 1999 TL as a parts car for my 1999 TL that was hit by a moron while my wife was sitting still at a red light........The Part's car has that rear wing, which I believe to be a "Factory" option and while my buddy was cutting the back end, to get the part's off to fix my wife's car...aside from the "Wing" he said that the read suspension is different from our car......I assumed that it was the "S" Package but have been told that "S" was not around till the "01" Model's.....Any idea's as to what this part's car could have on it???

Got around to adding my USA Spec BT45-Hon3. Install was easy with the exception of getting the harness in, but overall the quality is great for BT audio and calls. I also added a 3.5 aux in the event by BT goes funny, or someone else wants to plug it.
