as you saw in my satire post above, you can do anything you want to your car, like fish tanks.
Assess your needs and wants.
What do you want out of this car?
what do you need out of this car?
What can you change to make the car better?
and then browse through the forums and look at pictures and threads. this will give you THE BEST IDEA OF WHAT YOU WANT TO DO TO THE CAR, instead of us just throwing random ass suggestions out, like the fishtank idea.

Justn speaks the truth. There are many things you can do to the TL, just search around and you will begin to find mods you like and would want on your car.
Since this car has been out since 04, there are plenty of threads and (generally) the community is very helpful. The 3G Garage is very helpful also, many DIY's and threads with great information.

I've been on site for a few months and I've looked at alot of the 3G garage. I want to do clear LED lights inside my car. Just not sure a good place to get them at.
I like hid lights for the reverse lights but dont know how that would affect the battery. I want my grill matte black with the Acura symbol on the back the same matte black.
I hate the stock rims I have, Im very picky on rims and I've saved pictures of others but Just not sure which ones I want yet.

Well I think by "clear" you mean white LED's inside. You can get those on eBay or a site I use is vleds.com
For the grille and emblems, plasti-dip is mainly used there, especially because it makes a matte finish.
Wheels like you said are a matter of personal preference. Just make sure their bolt pattern is 5x114.3 and they're no bigger than 20"
