New '07 TL Type-S KBP (pics)
Hello - Long time lurker here to join the fun with the rest of you. I'd like to say thank you for all of your contributions to the forums, because I have found them useful over the last year, I just didn't really have much to say or add to the conversation. 
I recently traded in my stock 2005 TL WPM 5AT for a new TL-S KPB 5AT.
So, out with the old and busted ...
and in, with the new hotness ...
I have tinted the car and added color matched splash guards, so far. I'm considering the CAI mod and maybe some other smaller mods.
Anyways, I'm glad to be here!

Thanks guys.
I seriously have considered having the wheels chromed, but they are starting to grow on me, too. Maybe because it is a different looking wheel, I dunno.

bforbrian - yes, I went there my first year on scholarship and we couldn't afford the rest, so I came home and finished up at UT. It was a great experience!
kappa821 - I traded in at $22.5k and bought at $36k. Not a bad deal considering I put 43000 city miles on my car in 1.5 years! Yeah, I drive alot for work.
acura911 - congrats on your new ride, that is awesome! I get a lot of positive comments on the color.

that doesnt seem that bad they gave you 22,500 for a 05 thats pretty good congrats on the car......i want to do it but i think i am just wait for the 09

Saw your car on the US60 (Westbound) and the 101-North this morning (the "MIT Engineers" frame was a dead giveaway)...car looked sharp rolling down the freeway (and weaving in and out of traffic).

DOH! I've been busted, LOL. Yep, that was me and I saw you too. I gave you a wave as I went by. I love the color on your TL! A 2nd Gen TL-S came up to me on Power road and gave me a wave the same morning.
