Cool NBP 07 TL-S W/ Under Body Kit (Gloomy Day Pics)

So Ive been on the forums for about a month now. Got my TL back in mid december and i couldnt be more happy . So far my only mod is the OEM body kit but im lookin foward to adding rims (19s) and a drop. With the help of some forum members i think im leaning towards a 1.5" spring setup. I really wanted to put a sub in but ive had some bad experiences in the past with aftermarket audio and warranty issues.

Just wanted to say thanx for all the good info up on the boards.

- any suggestions with the drop would be great

Beautiful car. Only thing I'd change is getting rid of the McGrath advertisment on the back but other than that, very nice.

Ive been wanting to upgrade my fogs to some hid's but then the other day i saw a tl with upgraded headlights (8000k id say) and it looked really clean. so now im not sure if i want to upgrade my headlights or my fogs first, ill probably go for the headlights that way i can always match the fogs up later with the brand and k.

Very nice! I agree with everyone on removing that dealer decal.

Also, are you required to have front plates where you're located?

Yeah, here in Illinois the state requires you to have front and rear plates mounted at all times(looks like sh*t, i know). When i had my 3 series back in the day i tried to place it on my dash front windshield but didnt work, i still got a ticket.

Yeah i know, the wheels were one of the things that attracted me to the car. But everybody has different taste. i still wanna upgrade to some 19's for the summer though but first comes the drop.

Your uncle is absolutly right. I got mine put in about a couple of weeks ago, and a couple of days later I noticed that the driverside rear sits up much higher than the other side. I called my shop and they say that they will fix it but I dont have time to go. I know how to adjust them myself, so when the weather gets better around here, I will do it

How much did you end up paying for the a-spec kit? Did the dealership install it for you?

[QUOTE=S3XY TL-S]How much did you end up paying for the a-spec kit? Did the dealership install it for you?[/QUOTE

Well the for the entire kit you should be paying about 900 to 1000 at the dealership but due to some complications casued by my dealerships finance manager with our paperwork my salesman worked out a "deal" for me and said he'd give it to me for 720. when i went to pick up the kit i noticed i wasnt charged for the side skirts so i only ended paying i think 580 before taxes. I didnt ask any questions cuz i didnt want to ruin it for myself.

I installed it with the help of my uncle it isnt that hard. you just have to have the right tools and take your time.
