Yes! JB weld has been a dear friend of mine lol. I wish I would have secured them with bolts and JB weld, but there was almost no bracket left after cutting and fitting these projectors in.

I brought the headlight internals to a local body shop to have them color matched WDP/NBP.

Looking good, Nate. I'd still advise on getting some step style cut off shields for the TLs to have four identical cut offs. I'd trade you some but I got nothing

Thanks for all the positive feedback guys, much appreciated. My koito sealant should be in today and i'm going to test fire the headlight again to make sure nothing has moved before finalizing.

I had some step ones, but the ones I bought off the black market the shields were bent, not the shields themselves but the whole stem that connects to the solenoid. I tried to fix them, but they were just junk. I emailed TRS, HIDIllusionz, you (JnC), and Lightwerkz and no one had step shields left lol. Once I'm on the road I'm sure I won't even notice the cutoffs that much.

Definitely! If you have some that aren't bent I would very much appreciate it! Just let me know how much you want for them.

Tonight I should be getting all the old butyl out of the headlight and getting it sealed up hopefully.
The koito butyl is very hard stuff. I got it in the mail the other day and this stuff is solid! Most of the butyl I have worked with (3m window weld, TRS butyl, and Nissan Butyl) is usually in a very soft form when first getting it, so this should be interesting lol.
Also, after I get the headlight sealed I may just throw it on the car and run it for a few days to see how the JB weld holds up to everyday driving conditions.

One headlight completely assembled. Koioto sealant is some very sticky stuff, I don't have much skin left on my thumb lol. Here is the final pics for the headlight. Lens tuning for the second headlight to take place tonight if the rain lets up.

White Shields. They should look great once they are out in the sun.

The only thing I'd have done differently would be to paint the rungs around the projectors white just to break up some of the black.

Can't wait to see what these look like installed.

Nate, what happened man? Let's see some pics on the car!

I've got headlight pieces scattered everywhere in my basement ready to be put swapped out. I will be painting the shields as well. I'm going to attempt to match the color of my halos. Whenever the hell those get in.

I'm just finishing up the other headlight, last night I tuned both lenses and did some cutting of the reflector bowl. If the rain holds out tonight i should have the other S2K fitted and aligned then ready to be sealed. I would love to put the other headlight in, but I only want to take the bumper off once.

Headlights will be installed tonight!!
I finished with the JB weld last night on the projector. I just have to clean out the old butyl in the channels of the headlight, install the new koioto sealant and put them back on the car.
I got my new CBI's last Saturday. I should hopefully have some pics posted for you guys tomorrow or Friday.

But it appears you suffer the same fate as I do...

^Because there is no bumper? Red text? Lol

OMG man! That looks fantastic! Has anyone else done full white housing before?

The white housing with the inner black is going to make the car appear really aggressive. Especially if the painted shields shine...

You're giving me lots of inspiration. But I'm still waiting on parts.

Thanks guys. I got everything installed and running, late last night 2a.m.
Went for a little drive to get my alignment figured out and seeing the color band bouce off the signs was crazy, they are so intense, maybe it is because of having new lenses, but i'm in love with these headlights.
I have golf leagues tonight so I just have enough time to get home was her up and get some pics for you guys hopefully.
