My new purchase...'08 TL!!!
![](http://i206.photobucket.com/albums/bb116/jnewry/IMG_2339.jpg)
I know the inside needs some serious detailing, but I have the light interior (probably the camel color? not sure) and I searched the forums to see about getting jeans bleed off of the leather seats with woolite and that worked perfectly! BUT, even after multiple washes of my wife's dark jeans, it still stains the seat. WTF. lol it's like I'm cleaning the seats once a week. Is there some sort of leather protector that I can put on it that stops the bleed from the jeans? (Of course in the meantime she rides on top of the car with those stupid jeans on...lol)
I'm not looking to do much to the car at all, I actually like it with the stock options lol

Hi and congrats on the new car!!! I have a 2012 TL with Parchment leather which is a light beige and I had the dealership apply some stain master coat to the leather. You can take it to a Acura dealership to see how much it would cost. I had it bundled in with a lot of other things so I don't know what the price is or you could have the dealer recommend a treatment that's safe that you can pick up at the local auto store. Again, Congratulations! I know it's exciting!!!!

Nice car.
My first 08 TL had that light interior also...what I did to add some contrast and reduce some interior cleaning was to swap out the light floor mats with black floor mats. Looked amazing!

Congrats on your new ride! Hey, be sure to take the dealer sticker (above the word "ACURA") off your trunk. There's no need to advertise for them, unless they're paying you to wear their sticker.

This was seriously the very next step I was going to take. I just want the OEM mats and need to order them. Any idea where I should order them from or am I stuck to ebay??

Congrats on the new car!
Agreed. Every car I have ever owned, before I took it home I made the dealer take off the sticker. I told them unless you are paying me to advertise, it comes off before I leave. Needless to say they took it off every time.

welcome to the site, you can register your color here https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/tl-owners-please-chime-855960/ thnx.
Your interior color could be parchment or Taupe since Parchment is kinda dark tan than Taupe where it leaning toward white/tan.
