My Murdered Out 06 TL

First off before I post the pictures I took today, I want to thank you all for all the information that I have learned and gathered from here. I have owned many cars before my tl, and been on many forums and never had the experience I have had here as far as getting information when I had problems, to certain things that needed to be fixed right when bought, to being able to do things to my car that other members have done on here. I have met a few members from here and were the nicest of people I have ever met and helped me out whenever I needed help fixing something, or installing something. So I thank all of you for everything you have done for me. And this is by far the greatest forum and of people I have ever met. Thank you.

These pics as follow are the newest pics of my car. I installed my Aspec kit a couple days ago but haven't had time to post pictures, or clean up the car. So I just got done cleaning the car up abit and decided to snap some pictures. Also just put my tein basics on a few weeks ago but never posted pictures when I got it done. Been working alot so here are the pics :

Thanks for looking. Let me know what you guys think.

Why do you have the 20's off right now? And also is the A-spec kit different from the factory body kit?

Cool, I figured because of winter. And as for the kit, I'm looking to get that same one you have for my 07 TLS. I dont know if the kits are even the same. And I'm also trying to figure out if the Aspec is different from the factory Acura kits.

I would so remove the front plate, but I would get hassled way to much around here about it. Cops are strict around here about front plates one less problem I need is getting a ticket for no front plate. I have been thinking about getting smoked covers for the plates just don't want to get in any trouble for police not being able to read my plates. Removing pin stripping isn't it painted on? kinda hard to remove it correct?

While you are waiting for spring/summer to come I think you should black out the headlights, smoke cover for the license plate, and get the black A for the grille and the trunk. Then with that when the time comes to put them rims on you will truly be murdered out.

that car truly looks amazing. I cant wait to see what it looks like with the Sevas. the pinstripe is a personal opinion. I kinda like it, but obviously some of the others here dont. your choice though. have you considered a rear lip spoiler?

god damn!! i love a slammed NBP, with tinted tails... nothing finer

FYI, i think you should get a camber kit... or you are gonna have some serious tire-wear issues.... did you install it at out-of-the-box height?

I like it a lot, but can you call it "murdered out" with the pinstripe? (forgiving the non-flat black)

Blackout the headlights, blackout the rear emblem, blackout the A-spec bodykit and rear trim above license plate trim, and you'll b completley murdered out , it will look badass.

I picked up some smoke covers for the front and rear licsense plates after reading this earlier, going to install them tommorow when I have some time. I thought about blacking out the emblems on the front and rear but I think it adds some contrast to the car.

Ehh you know I am not a big fan of it either. After seeing cars without it I think it looks better with out. Maybe when I have some time I will see about getting it removed from the car.

Thanks dude I appreciate the kind words. I thought about the rear lip spoiler I still might consider it. I had the wing spoiler on it and hated it and had it removed. I kinda like it without anything on the back, but I might try the decklid spoiler for abit.

Dude come on now, I got all my ideas for my car, from you lol. I ordered a camber kit for the car yesterday so I plan on putting it on soon. As far as the height, I had it set alil lower out of the box. I read someone elses thread on here where tein suggests that from the center of the wheel to the fender should be no less than 13" inches, mine is sitting at 12 3/4 so alil lower but I like where it sits, its not "slammed" but it still looks good with no gap. And the ride is great not bouncy, or rough at all. And when I have to take some clients sometimes in my car, bouncy and rough aren't exactly the best combo if the car was any lower.

I plan on blacking out the headlights, just have to either man up and try them, or have someone do them for me. As far as the emblems I might see how it looks blacked out, I like it without the black on them, like I said I think it stands out and adds contrast to the car, As far as the rear trim above the license plate frame being blacked out it is look again .

Looks great man, but that pinstripes gotta go bro!! I dont know if you did that or if the car came like that..

Side note: why do some TL's come with the pinstripe? its not a dealer option, so why do some TL's have this? And if it didn't come from the factory like that, who put it there?

Nice.

Back-end is great. Need that look on the front end - black out those headlights and lose the pin-stripe.

1st thing I noticed was the wheels were out of place. The black Seva's should set that straight and push this thing over the top.
