Here is the outcome. I know it might not look 100% OEM but i tried my best so please take into account all the hard work, time, and effort i put into this project. No, i didn't take the car to a bodyshop, but i had a friend help me with this project.

I will ask the bodyshop to fix little things, if i ever have the car painted

*Future mod, front under spoiler. which one? i think you already know

Nice choice of grille, definitely the proper choice.

Matches very well.

I would put the chrome strips on then Plasti-Dip them black.

Reason is the Type-S grill looks funny with the notch for the chrome strip.
thank you guys for the comments

Never was a fan of how it looked on the TL. From afar at night I would be like "Oh damn look at that mercedes coming towards me" "Oh.... it's just a Acura trying to look like a MBenz"

But atleast you can say you stand out from the other 5,000 AZ TLs on board and the other TLs on the road
Im used to things like this, when people see my car they think it is a type-s but when i tell them that it really isn't then they get sort of dissapointed

Wow....very fresh. Congrats man-that looks outstanding.

Get us an evening shot with the LED strips on!

I'm really liking the way the LED's follow the same pattern as the Type S fog body.

Unless its different for the TL-S's, they dont come opened up like that. How did you remove the other plastic mesh that went behind it?
