My '05 WDP 6SP w/ 19" Hiros

The weather was nice today so I took some pics. What do you think? Wheels are 19" Hiros 35mm offset with Tein Basics and Toyo Proxies4 245x35x19.

You guys are right. I have been thinking about that too but I can't find any professional place here in Kansas to do it for me. I don't trust myself to do it on my own.

Well, I didn't lower too much so I don't rub in the back at all. It does however rub in the front. Cut up my tires a little bit. Weird.

How many inches did you drop and where are you rubbing in the front (inner wheel well or fender when you turn)?

I didn't really measure the drop. So I'm not sure. Only the frontt driverside wheel rubs. It rubs against the fender and cuts the tire. I am going to have to raise that side or roll the fender

I really think it is the 245 tires you folks are all running causing it to rub. I have my TL lowered 2.25inches front with the tires tucked under the fender with 235 tires with 35mm offset wheels. I only rubbed 1 time passenger side going over a really bad slope getting out of a gas station. Other than that I have no probs.

Nice wheels by the way!!!! They look great

Hey! That building in the background looks a little familiar!

I've thought that it'd be cool to get a picture of my TL parked next to Air Force One when it is here at Boeing for modifications/upgrades! Or a picture in front of E4B (a 'flying pentagon' so to speak - picture and info) or in front of ABL But, I don't think Boeing Security would like me taking my car out there for Picture purposes!!! Can't even bring camera phones anywhere on the property...

Anyhow, rims and lowering look good!!! I think I'll just be sticking to stock... just bought a riding mower... that was my cash to spend on frivolous things for a while

looks awesome... did you get a camber kit??? also, how is the ride with the basics??.. i am in the market for coilovers and have been looking at the SS's bc i was told that the ride of the basics are much harsher than stock.

Yes it is noticably harsher...sometimes I wish I had not installed the basics because of this but I didn't like the wheel gap with the stock suspension. If the SS's are less harsh I say get them. I would if I could turn back time. I did get the camber kit just in the back. The fronts where still within spec. iapdirect is where i got it, i think

Ride is looking good! Good choice on the tire selection. I've had the same Toyo proxies on my civic (15 inch) for over two years and they're the best tires I've had yet.
