My 04' Blacked Out TL =o)
finally, a chance to post up some pictures of my ride. Nothing new besides the stock TL Black wheels and 50% front window tint.

I sprayed them using:
4 cans of duli-color wheel paint
3 cans of duli-color clearcoat

Before.. Very Dirty






After a wash

You need to black out more. ^^
Headlights, tails, sidemarkers... good luck with the rest and have fun modding.

thanks for the comment.. the headlights are blackhousing, sidemarkers are smoked front/rear, and taillights are Type S... i prefer those over Tinted Tails.

Looks good, should paint the center caps, and get black lugs. You need to black out the grill, headlamps and get darker tint and it will be fully blacked out.

Fyre Man - I'm dropped on Tein SS...

Distorted Reality - the reason why I left the center cap and lugs nut as-is was because of the front grill. i think it somewhat complements it for a better flow...

lembowski - thanks, i plan on getting 19' Axis Penta, but i'm taking summer classes which robbed my wallet. So, black factory wheels will do it for now.

bigBLACKTL - I'm lowered on Tein SS... They were actually an inch lower, but it caused bad vibration.

tint the headlights with rockblocker it will look sick ... also paint the center caps it will look good

Oooh, they look really good. Surprising a change of Rim color can do to the entire car.
I normally dont agree with an A-spec kit and stock rims (Looks a bit half hearted).
But your car is fantastic.Keep up the mods...

Headlights look identical to mine except i removed the chrome trim. Looks sick. The black wheels and brembos go well together. Much better after a good wash.

thanks for the compliments....

question... alot of you guys are saying "blacked headlights" meaning? black covers/tint them darker? because I painted the housing black awhile ago.. I guess there not noticeable.

bzyrice - i thought about removing the amber, but it looked more JDM (i guess thats the word) with them in..

import4life - the bbk are factory. All 6spd m/t comes with them...


another question... for those who think i should paint my grill.. if so, what color? Polish or flat black? do I paint the emblem too or leave them chrome?

I didn't blacked out all the lights, will probably redo it this summer

I guess you have an idea now

I think it looks good with the two-tone thing goin on. Completley blacked out can be a little overdone sometimes. I say leave it, it looks nice as hell as it is.
