Well, I had wanted to make a progress thread when I had my '05, but I figured since I'm starting from scratch again, this would be the perfect time. I had picked it up on October 31, 2011 and I'm finally able to get it washed and cleaned up since it kept raining on/off around here.

My mod list will be aesthetics for now until more funds are available:

- A-Spec kit (already purchased, but waiting for from lip to be molded and painted and then I'll install them)
- Meagan coilovers (purchasing soon)
- ATLP quad exhaust (waiting for group buy)
- 19" concave wheels
- tint
- interior LEDs for domes
- LEDs for license plate and DRLs
- yellow fogs

Here are the pics with some friends until better ones come along. Enjoy!

LOL . . . you've probably seen me, but no one pays attention to stock TLs. I hope to be ready by the time IA rolls around.

TL looks clean. Glad to see you got back into the seat of another TL. That means you really love the TL.

Thanks! I kept seeing TLs everywhere and I kept breaking my neck trying to look . . . even at stock ones! I think this is a classic look just like the Legends.

So I finally got around to editing the pics that I had taken of my car this past week.

ATLP quads (received already) along with other mods will have to be on the back burner for now since I'm in the process of buying a house. I would like to eventually get the windows tinted after this major purchase.

Here's what's been updated thus far:

- base A-spec front and Type-S sides and rear
- Megan coilovers
- 5K white LED interior dome and vanity lights along with 5K white LED license plate lights (will have to get more night shots of these at a later date)

badged?

or debadged?

Dude, your Type S looks great. The Aspec Kit and the lowering looks great. It's always interesting to see another Type S with the same Aspec setup as mine.

Definitely get tinted as soon as possible.

Thanks Steven! I really like the spacers you have on your car and was contemplating on getting some until I can get the wheels that I want after my funds have been replenished.

The spacers are a great option. Not expensive either.

Car is looking sweet. I my type s has the base lip as well, and I just lowered it with ebony a specs and akata spacers - I would agree with Steven, they make a nice inexpensive upgrade.

Damn, can't believe this had happened. I'm going to try to fix this as best as I can but don't feel too comfortable with sanding out the areas.

I'm not sure how this one had occurred on the rear aspec lip since I usually park away from everyone.

Yeah, that's the thing that sucks about lowered cars. As much as I had wanted to be careful, shit happens. I had looked on YouTube to see if I could attempt the repairs myself, but I don't feel too comfortable sanding, buffing, filling, and making sure the paint blends with the surrounding area in the rear A-Spec section. The front lip looks like I could tackle that, but I don't think touchup paint will do the job well lol.

Don't really know how that gash had happened on the rear bumper, but the front was caused when I had tried to park face first (I mostly back into a spot) and ended up french kissing a curb.

Dude, my dealership put a big scrape on my front Aspec Kit too. I was able to touch it up, but I'd like to get mine completely fixed sometime after the Winter.

Damn Steven! Did they own up to their mistake or did you catch it after leaving their lot?

I had found a mobile repair guy that do PDR type stuff and fix bumper scuffs, but I haven't called to get a quote yet. I'll have to look into this when it gets warmer when the paint can actually cure properly.

Thanks all! I'm going to schedule my parts install for next week. I'll probably leave a crappy P&S camera with the shop owner to take my install pics, too.

The contents of those parts are:

- Skunk2 UCA
- Ingalls rear camber kit
- Progress RSB
- ATLP non-resonated quads
