To be honest the A-Spec thread with all the wheels kind of got me pumped about putting them back on. I'm gonna take the pics with them on to see if i like better. There is a certain "jenesequa" about seeing the car the way the Acura Engineers intended it to be (with a couple slight mods of course). I think it looks hot either way but i will admit the A-Specs have always gotten me more compliments than any other wheel i had mounted.

I'm going OG for a while.

I do know exactly what you mean. I always get compliments on them too and love how they look. If I had better tires on them, I'd probably have them on too. Maybe I'll pick up a cheap set and throw them on soon. We can be 2 OG's. That's the only reason I end up swapping back though...I feel like I lose the unique factor.

Je ne sais pas quoi! It's just a snazzy way of saying "I don't know what" to describe something special.

I know the feeling about loosing the uniqueness but i've noticed that thats only true on this website. Outside of this site i rarely ever see anyone using those wheels (even in the 8-in variant), so out on the street its totally unique and people appreciate it because even the non-Acura fan can kind of tell they aren't aftermarket so they are even more special that some OEM wheels can look that hot.

If I had stayed off Acurazine I would have bought springs and called it a day.

I want a refund!

Been thinking about switching up my A-Spec wheels, people keep thinking my car looks bone stock.

Then I see on here how many people like A-Spec wheels, and on the facebook group too.
They only attract the Acura enthusiasts.

The reality is too much of anything can get old. Switching it up is cool if you have more than one. You're care looks great...you've struck a great balance of mods and OEM.

That's the same reason I refuse to sell my aspecs. They're still loved very very much.

A-Specs ftw.

Are you running 235/40s? What's your ground-to-fender measurements? LOVE how your car sits

Indeed they do. Hey, you still have your fender rubber protective arches on. I had those too!

Interesting, I've never run less than 40 sidewall on an 18".

He meant what is the measurement from the center of where your fender starts, to the ground. My guess is somewhere around 24.5" on the from and 25.25" on the back.

Well, it's a great thing to keep on for protection, but once I was gonna try and get flush with my wheels, visually, it kinda made it hard to do. Plus, most doors will not swing open and hit there anyway.

it hasn't bothered you at all...leave it alone, man. It really did peel right off though, and it's thick so it doesn't come off in sections...it'll all be one piece. Then goof off for glue remnants.

Sure did.....when my carpet got too disgusting i swapped out for new black one (good mod @ only $100+). When my seat got too many tears i swapped out for some used black ones (even sold mine for half of the cost of black ones so wasn't bad).

My buddy helped me by taking some pics for my upcoming For Sale Posting but he's a bit of a novice and forgot to remove the timestamp so many of the pics are not usable (even after editing). I'm gonna have to get with him again when time permits.

Here's another quick video we took for your S/C viewing pleasure.

Looks better with them off. The supercharger is loud at the last meet in Orlando when you left the park we could hear you driving down the road. Sounds and looks great in person.

MAS I think you literally just sold me on buying one. I shit you not, I need that in my life ... Now to acquire currency

Out of curiosity, are you using the stock CT icebox or do you have a custom intake with the SC?

Thx guys. It really is an amazing mod. Done right it is solid as a rock and sooooo much fun. I do have a custom intake made by piecing together intake parts (various elbows and such) from my local Advanced Auto Parts.....costs about $100. The custom intake easily doubled the volume......its a must.
