i am interested in putting a type-s lip on my 05 nbp. and i wanted to see some photos before i do it to see the look..please help me with any other information as well as the fog kit i should get to give it the complete look.

Look in the picture thread. I am thinking about doing the same and there is an awesome thread showing exactly what you have to do for the rear. It does involve cutting the stock bumper cover if you don't buy the Type-S rear bumper cover.

As for the from, just search for DIY accord fogs and there are a bunch of threads showing how to install them. You can't buy just the lip kit, you need the whole front bumper if you don't want to cut stuff.
