This looks clean. I like. I have a soft spot for stock wheels......not sure why. I just wish they were 18's.

This is how mine looked a year ago.......

Doesn't really look like that now. Drop is H&R Race Springs and Tokico HP struts. This was they day after I dropped it. They settled a little more.

A little lower would look great, but this ride height has been beneficial for my daily driver (I'm not having to avoid most speed bumps), so I'm happy. I have thought about adding some spacers for a more aggressive and flush look, but I haven't pulled the trigger on it.

I'm running on S-Techs with Tokico HP struts and shocks.

you might want to look into Megans. Alot of other members are running them and they like the ride as well, and it also goes way lower than tein's but that is just another option you can go

Everything on the car I've done myself. They're just as DIY friendly as any other car.

There are DIY's for blacking out the headlights. You have to heat them up in the oven, pry them apart, paint them and put them back together. Pretty easy.

They will be fine.. as long as you dont drive crazy.. But with the stechs you will be nowehere close to how low my car is or decafe1.. I thought you wanted to go low? If you want to go low.. coilovers or air ride is the only way to go.. Save up your money!!

Some members have kept the OEM struts with performance springs with some success. Since I didn't want to rip everything apart again if I gambled and lost, I chose to just install new shocks at the same time. If you can do the work yourself and don't mind the labor, then I say take the shortcut and just check the condition of the struts and shocks on a routine basis for leaks and such.

I'm very happy with the S-Techs. The ride hasn't changed much from stock specs, and I was able to eliminate most of the annoying wheel gap that plagues most cars. Highly recommended!

I'm running TEIN S-Techs on stock shocks. I'll be getting coilovers once the shocks blow. Keep in mind that I'm on 18" A-Spec wheels, not 17" stockies.
