Tools Needed:
Phillips Head and Flat Head
10mm Varying(wrench or ratchet)
Shop Towels
First part is just the removal of your front bumper. I converted mine to quick release for a number of reasons, this being one.
Here’s the DIY for the front bumper removal
https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=628363
Once you have that and the core support trim piece you canbegin the install
The stock coolant res sits between the two radiator fans and is held on by one 10mm bolt. Ive used both an offset 10mm wrench and an 1/8” drive ratchet to remove it. Go ahead and disconnect the hose from the radiator neck to the reservoir lid. Put a shop towel under it so your coolant doesn’t drip everywhere. Once it is out of the way go ahead and disconnect the radiator neck portion of the hose. Now this is where it becomes kinda an at case basis. Iknew roughly where I wanted to mount my reservoir so I purchased an aftermarket one for my relocation. Therefore if you use a tank different than mine your mounting will vary a little bit.
I ran my hose from the radiator neck down bewtween the rad and condenser core all the way to the bottom of the core support before Iexited the front.
To make the running of the line I removed my two upper radiator stays. Theyre the 10mm bolts at opposing ends of the radiator.
I used some zipties to mount it to the condenser core.
The only issue I have with my mounting location so far is that it kinda catches on some of the inner backing of the fog light cutout on the bumper.
With my relocation I measured the amount of coolant from the max line of the oem reservoir and poured it into the aftermarket res. I marked the level then masked it off to shoot flat black. It originally was clear. No I don’t have a hi-low window for my coolant but I check it enough that doesn’t matter. If it drops below the max line it will be a lot more noticeable with only the max window anywho.

I revised my mounting of the coolant reservoir because I didnt like how open and noticeable it was mounted down there with how low my car is and having the "shark mouth" grill mod. So I decided to move it into the drivers side fender well. Moving it there was much easier than I thought it would be. The reservoir actually mounted to two factory bolt holes and the line was easy to route in.
Here is how the reservoir is mounted
A pic of the line running to the reservoir

PS Reservoir Relocation
The relocation is really pretty simple and straight forward.
1. With a turkey baster or something similar suck all the fluid possible out of the reservoir. Make sure to wipe up any fluid spilled as soon as possible.
2. Removed the reservoir off the factory mounting bracket
3. Put some rags under the reservoir while you disconnect it, fluid will definately come out. If you can find a small bottle or tray that will catch the fluid coming out of the lines when you disconnect them from the reservoir.
4. After letting all the fluid drain your ready to remove your two power steering lines. Put a rag underneath the PS pump neck line to catch what fluid leaks from it and remove it.
5. With that line completely disconnected set it aside, it is no longer needed. This leaves you with the smaller of the two lines, it is clamped on to its metal line near the bottom of the radiator on the passanger side. Disconnect it, have faith in yourself at this point..the clamp is a pain in the ass to remove.
6. Once both lines are removed you can run your new lines. I choose to go with braided lines, I believe the lines are -6/-10an not 100% sure. If you prefer the route of rubber hose just take your factory hoses to your local parts store and get the proper size and length you need.
7. After running both lines you can mount your reservoir. I mounted mine in the passsanger side fender well using one of the factory holes for the horn mounts. (I relocated mine to the front lower area by the radiator.)
8. After mounting your reservoir and buttoning up all your lines, double check everything(clamps, connections, etc)
9. Fill your reservoir to the MAX cold line, start your car and let it run for a minute to circulate the new fluid. You will hear some scary sounding noises from the pump but no worries it'll subside momentarily. After lettting it run for a few moments and after giving the steering wheel a few full lock turns check your level once again. Top off as needed. This process will purge air out of your lines dropping your fluid level so do make sure to double check your fluid level after purging the air from the system.
10. Button everything back up and admire your cleaner and less cluttered engine bay.
-I used oem Honda PS Fluid
-All my -an lines were just the cheapest I could find on EBay
While your doing this now would be a great time to replace the infamous whining power steering o-ring.
Here is a DIY for that:

18x10.5 +15 First Test Fit
Here are some pics from the rear test fitting.
Need to roll the fenders some.. Currently rolled but need more lol
Contact Patch:
My inner clearance between innerbarrel and strut. I actually have more than I though I would. About 3/4" Id say
And here is how they look on the ground.. I think I may go lower yet.. Probably an inch or so

Some non related updates lol... Finals have been stressful and the weather has been hit and miss for car work. The engine bay is pretty much finished up. That will be done later today for sure. Im promising pics tonight so I have to come through .
My phone upgrade time finally came around so I took the opportunity to pick up the iPhone5. Really wanted to go with something different besides the iPhone this time, but I felt the Blackberry Z10 to be to sloppy and the new Samsung to be friggin GIANT .
Saturday rolled around and I couldn't get motivated to get into the garage so I headed off for the mountains. Here are some pics. Original plan was to hike Kelso's Ridge, but the snow has been late and heavy this year which added a 4mi uphill trek to the journey so we didn't end up making it up there. Honestly we barely made it to the summer trail head . Haha first hike of the year, we werent prepared etc. But it was good fun in all.
Here are some pics. I got a chance to test out the iPhone5's camera, heres the results. I was impressed, noticed improvement over my old 4.
And finally the face behind all the kickass stuff in this thread lol

This is my first year living out here, but from what I've been told Colorado has a "second winter" like April-June and that's when the most snow comes. Sadly that statement is holding up
On a build thread related note I have the new wheels mounted in the rear. I'm to low for my roller and I didn't feel like raising the car today to roll my fenders, so long story short I added camber to make them fit for now since I need my car Tuesday. Hopefully this coming weekend the weather will be nice and Ill roll my fenders a bit more so I can reduce my negative camber.
Pics of that and the engine bay later...

Alright got her put back together and running, no test drive yet just let her warm up and shut her down. I was in the middle of trying to fit the rear wheels. Well looks like taking the easy way out and just adding enough camber wont work. My inner barrel is hitting the lock ring on my coilover .
So my plan is to get up in the morning and raise the car enough in the rear to roll the quarter, then lower it back down as much as possible. Right now I need to get about 5-7mm more clearance from the quarters. In my opinion they have a consertive roll. I wanna reduce the camber as much as possible from this point with the new wheels. Hopefully I can get this done by 3 tomorrow .
Not quite done with the bay but she's running and driveable. I still need to figure out a way to "tuck" the O2 sensor wires. Also still need to add a bit more looming and taping but like I said I had to get her running. Last few things will be tidied up later this week.
Here's the shaved plenum cover
Here's how the injector harness were tucked. Everything was ran underneath the runners.
Here are some pics of the wheels:
Need less camber unfortunately
Lol talk about a Kim K booty

Thanks man, I would've liked to done braided sleeping but I didn't feel comfortable depinning connectors etc.. Lol. So I tried tucking and hiding things as much as possible without and cutting/depinning and extending. I just unloved everything and ran it the most "hidden" way possible and then re loomed it. It's no magazine engine bay but its cleaner than stock IMO

Fitting these wheels isn't turning out to be as easy of an affair as Inthought it'd be. Well had they been the original offset I feel like they would've been fine and cleared no problem. But either way I feel like I'm running to big of a tire as well. I knew the feddys were good for stretching and were a bit wider of a wire, didn't realize it was this "stretchy". Judging by my 245's I feel I could've easily ran a 235 and hell if I was careful even a 225.
Gonna spend some time in the garage over the next day or so trying to see what I can gain from rolling the fenders more. It just sucks I have to raise the car to put on the roller.
Ill post pics of any updates or progress I make

If they had sent me my original offset it would be fine lol! Or atleast less of a pain in the ass . With proper camber I'm rubbing so it's only a few mm I need to get it drive able. My original offset was 7mm less aggressive which would've been a lot better off to start with lol
