Well...most progress threads die out in 3-4 pages....once people see progress threads with more than 5-7 pages, it gets a lot more attention....
also constant updates make the thread a forum fav
so far you on the right track bro

id like to think so.. Maybe meeting everybody at the national meet will change things .
I try and keep a decent stream of updates and do some stuff not everyone else has done. I should have some updates tomorrow when I go to campus and have access to a computer!

Finally getting a chance to post some updates. The spacer, gaskets and runners were ported 3.2mm from stock. My stock measured 1 11/16"(42.8625) the ported runners measure 1 13/16" (46.0375).
Here are both the P2R gaskets and the MDX Spacer
Had the MDX spacer decked 8mm to try and fix my clearance issues with the hood. I think you can see the difference if you've handled a stock MDX spacer before. The side casting marks/tabs need sanded and shaved off and the spacer will be painted to match the rest of the bay.
Top view of the ported runners
Stock Runner and Gasket
Ported Runner and Gasket. These were just quick pics when I got the runners back, the runners were ported just a tad more by me to match the gasket 100%.

Well done Jordan...
but when you port and polish the manifold and runners, it best to ditch the MDX spacer....a lot of us (actually all of us) noticed loss of power after 6000rpm dude to the turbulence in the air....
you will still gain decent low end TQ though....

Maybe the 8mm I decked off will help with that and truth be told 95% of my driving is below 6,000rpm so I probably won't notice the negative aspect of it really other than maybe peak numbers on a dyno. I think the added cooling and air circulation will benefit me better than removing it for a wee bit of power up top I won't use. Just my
Thanks

Honestly my bay is still hot as balls with it. Just added a P2R thermal TB gasket and will be doing the trimming of the windshield cowl eventually to see if that helps some. I'm curious to take a highway trip this summer with full ucm mods, iso thermal gaskets, and the shark mouth grill.
Update on the wheels.. Good and bad news. The good news wheels are done being powder coated' bad news is the manufacturer sent out the wrong offset wheel. They gave me the option of starting the process all over again or if I could run the wrong offset wheels they would credit me back powder coating costs. I choose to take the refund and go with the lower offset wheels. Originally the offset was supposed to be +22 but is now +15. Guess ordering my Eastwood roller last week wasn't a half bad idea haha

What do you mean? Lol who has a drive that far? The Minnesota guys were the furthest guys I've seen who seem to really be committed to going.

Tiffany Blue correct? Sexy
If I attend the National Meet, I'll be coming from Raleigh, NC. I did it in 2011 and I think it was about 1082 miles one way.

Just did a test fit on the rears.. I'm sitting directly on the sidewall currently so that problem needs addressed first lol. It's not bad, I'd say I need about 5mm more clearance. Im gonna roll my fenders again and try and squeeze out 5mm more. I'll take whatever I can get for clearance on the face side, I have about 12-18mm clearance between inner barrel and strut which leaves me with the ability to dial in camber to accommodate the rest. Won't be to bad.
The fronts haven't been test fit yet so no comment on what's going to be done there. My guess is the same as above, a little fender work and a little more camber.
Planning to finish the wire tuck tomorrow and hopefully get the runners/mani setup back on and get her running again. After I get her running again ill deal with fitting the wheels.

Finished up wrinkle black painting the runners/MDX Spacer and such today, got a few more things to tidy up wiring wise then everything will get buttoned back together tonight hopefully.
I'll be updating the thread in a few minutes with some updated pictures of my coolant reservoir relocation and my power steering reservoir relocation. Revised the line routing and reservoir mounting.
