You know there is a very easy way around it, you can install hella micro DE projector lights in the bumper. I plan on doing that eventually, I think there is another member who has done it in the past. The Micro DE can be had in halogen or HID

Yeah, I was fully aware that I could have used Hella DE Micros.
I just went with these Legacy fogs instead to try something different. =]
Plus, the legacy fogs have a cut-off-shield. It doesn't seem that the Hella's do.

Quite frankly--you can get any nice projector fogs. It'll just be a little tough finding one that fits with little to no-modifications.

I'm currently modding the other fog..
And also working on the grille as I type this.
The grille is going under more fiberglass treatment to help give it more structural integrity--plus there is more 'sections' to the grille that will be added on.
What's left for me to do... besides making some of the other 'sections' is to find a way to incorporate a design where grille can take on/off mesh.
I'm also considering if I should make a top-cross-bar-thing like the eBay grille has. It is not necessary but it may play a roll in giving it more strength... as well as helping me find a way to incorporate the mesh.
I also have something 'special/unique' about the grille that will be added on in the near future.
I also purchased an OEM 'o3-'o5 Honda Accord Foglight Switch...
I hope to have the fogs installed by the end of the week.
The grille mod will hopefully be finished by Thursday night... as I don't want to go to London, Ont. with green tape masking my grille [although it actually looks neat from some angles].

Myron, I saw some on eBay. Search "Hella DE Micro".
They appear to be a lot easier to install than Accords..
As with the Accord fogs require a lot of trimming and such.

Does anyone have closer pictures of these lights installed or just closer pictures. I want to see if its a clean install. The Hella micro looks very good on the TL,

Sorry, I have a tendency to not finish my threads.
I totally forgot about this one too, actually.
So, from what I remember... the housing of these fogs were bulging out of the bumper. I did not like that. The fitment, however, was nearly spot on.
Eventually I cracked apart the housing and took apart the projectors.
Ordered myself some ES300 fog-projectors as well.
Shoved the Legacy fogs into my headlights and the ES300 into my bumper.
Here's me modifying the accord-foglight-housing:
I didn't take photos, I think, of when everything was sanded out and smooth. So it looks really rough in these pics.
(I used accord fog-relay, switch--sold the fog-light-housing to a member here)
Here's how it was a month or so after putting in ES300+Legacy fogs:
^^and yes I purposely angled the fogs as to get better peripheral visibility. It makes a big difference!
3000K HID in both fogs along with Philips 85122+. Contrary to how it looks in the pictures, my lights DO NOT blind anyone.
I was still adjusting the accord foglight covers. Eventually I just got rid of them, so the grill is exposing the fog.
This was how she sat back in September or so.
My front bumper (and rest of my car) is a little beat up. So I'm actually in the process of redoing everything.
New fog lights... new headlights... new bumper... A-Spec kit.
Just waiting for winter to be over so I can get everything body-wise-done with.
Here's what I've been working on:
