not sure about size, but offset looks to be +15 or +18

thanks, theyre actually re-barreled and re-liped old school work barosso wheels, custom made by vrwheels to fit flush when I had the base calipers.

19x9.5 et20 - 225/35/19 + 15mm spacer now to clear brembos
19x10.5 et20 - 235/35/19
low disc all around
