damn, I have same wheels and same specs but I'm a bit higher and rub in the front while turning on dips/unven pavement with fenders rolled?
I'm not exactly sure what is rubbing, its a cutting sound but my tires arn't getting cut.

^Its either the tires rubbing the plastic fender liner or the tire tread rubbing the fender lip when turning on dips. If you haven't shaved the fender tab where the bumper meets the fender, I would recommend cutting that metal tab off too. If your tire are not getting gashed, then your rubbing problem is not an issue except for the sound.
