I was thinking about showing her in some shows. When's HIN, if soon, then yall, I'll enter her for sure. Any idea of cost, or how the process works. Ive never had a car in a show so I'm new to that, but I hooked her up in hopes of getting her into shows. So any info on going about that would be greatly appreciated.

 

Cool man, Im going to call them first thing in the morning, I want that mod more than anything right now to complete the exterior look, and next is the engine cover (the grey) cover, I'm thinkin about gloss blacking that, think it'll be a great addition inside the bay. Thanks for the info.

 

It cost about $55-$60 to enter you car at HIN you can also enter other car show. The cost is about the same.

 

HIN just passed on the 19th in Long Beach. If your not in the scene and your not with a crew, i would not rec just entering a show like HIN. Start with smaller ones or start a crew or join one, you'll have a lot more fun that way.

Not a very good comparison. K-Shawn is still a stock color car. This is something no one here has done yet.

 

Great job on the car bro! That blue is AMAZING!! You better be careful, though; I think Acura watches this website. That blue looks so freaking nice on the 3G TL they might add it to the available colors list for new TL's!

Man, I think I dripped a little when I saw that blue. Damn good job! And the fact that you did all the work yourself is even more amazing!

 

I would definitely add clear bra to your car to protect the awesome work that you've done. Do it ASAP!!!

 

NOw that's the sickest 3G TL i ever seen. Love the blue color but not really feeling the two tone front. How come you didn't do the same scheme with the back?? And a black roof would be complete if you did that. Looking at the last pic, you need a camber kit if you haven't already have one.

i love the paint color and the car all around, except for the two tone hood and bumper. i have never been a fan of two tones.

He's right, Im getting it done this weekend. If you notice the rear tire in the last pic, it's slanted slighty inward, which is negative camber, which can be good for cornering, but I have a bit too much and it's getting progressively worse.

 

I can see the Christian influence in the Black portion painted in the style of a cross on the front, right?

 

but didn't acura come out with a similar blue for the 3rd gen. type-s?

Fa sho... I'm glad somebody caught it! It's not meant to be the basic cross, but I brought some flava to it in conjunction to how the bumper was made!
