The bumper was untouched, however, you will need to modify the plastic inserts to fit the fog housing (which was very easy).

Anyone know what bulb size is on these Inspires? My accord fogs are horrible and take water on worse than the Titanic...

My inspire's came with H11 12 V 55W

Is there anyone in Cali that can install these?

I'm in the central California area and was wondering if anyone knew how to do this retrofit or maybe knew of anyone who could do it??? Would be much appreciated! Also can it be done with the 04 stock OEM grille or does it HAVE to be upgraded to a type S or 07-08 grille? Any info or help would be great! Thanks Acura Fam!
