Post I threw some D's On this Bi**h! Mad Pics! 56k DIE!

Just threw some 20x8.5 all around Falken Koblenz ,
Tires: 225-35-20 Toyo Proxes 4.
Drop: H&R Race Springs

Some of the shots are not great but i am still new at this. Wheels do not rub even at 100+ MPH! No fender rolling.

Here we go:

Old Wack Wheels:::

The car rides no shake or shutters at any speed. Tell me what you thinkk

That is perfect lowering by HR Racing Springs. Initially I was going to buy these springs 2yrs ago but they never had them in production. I guess finally HR has come thru. Your ride looks awesome with the 20's compare to your old shoes.

Ride looks pretty nice! I like the rims, but don't you think they would look better if you didn't wrap them in wack rubberbands? LOL! Nice!

I don't have a camber kit. Maybe in the near future. My tires ride amazing. I've been to the city dozens of times and hit many potholes and thought i bent my rims but i haven't even scratched them. These tires have a small lip around the tire called "the rim protector". it's working out for me. I was initially worried when i first mounted the rims on because of bending but everything is working out perfectly fine. LOL besides how else can i drop it that low and have no rubbing issues.

Thats whats on those 20" rims I got....and they are scary. Only put em on....well...rarely now because I need a tire that actually performs.

Trust me buddy....I could show you real quick where those tires would be lacking....rims are nice though! See below....those tires/rims would be HISTORY in one run.

Tires stretched that far across the rims do NOT handle good at all IMO.

Actually that is the parking lot of the famed Bush Stadium where they filmed lots of scenes for the Field of Dreams or some baseball movie like that. I guess they liked the location because of all the mature ivy and the fact it was a period building. Its actually an old baseball park that has been closed down for many years now.

Your car looks nice there, "Fellow benzmen" but it's missing one thing.... Oh yea, a tow hook!

p.s. I'm ordering my rims today what set up would you reccomend? I 'm not supercharged but I am 6spdmt and I drive like a fuccing MaNiAC!(seriously)
so I guess my question is, what type of tires should I get? even though I peel my tires like at least once a day. I'm going either 19 or 20"

The main chapter for the state seems to be in Apex (just outside of Raleigh). However, all links are blocked at work, so I'm pretty much out of luck (won't remember this by the time I can get to a PC with real internet). Oh well.

Looks like a small SCCA chapter....not many events. Only two left this season listed so far....I bet it gets updated though.

Thanks Mike...however, I wouldn't call GA and AL "around here". You'd think in the middle of redneck country, I mean NASCAR country, you'd have a track or two around. Heck, they closed the dragstrip years ago because the yuppies moving out to the area where it was complained about the noise. And they wonder why the kids race on the streets...

Sorry for the hi-jack mo.
