if azine owns an official trademark i'll be impressed. Instead they'll likely have to prove tm violation which would be long and costly.
I'd love to see the cease and desist letter about something like this. There is no way you could lose such a law suit because the damages would be so small.

Do you guys know that Acurazine stickers are usually given out at xmas time in response to your giving a donation? Prior to the solicitation for donations there will be a poll that enables us to choose a charity group to which to donate. Maybe this thread can increase the donations...

Yea this one isn't the same as graphix expressions, I saw that one, but didn't look as good as this one
And it clearly says that you can pic which direction
Thus why on my window its facing the opposite direction from the one on flebay

Yeah, the guy on ebay is asking for it because it's my understanding that grafixexpressions or whatever has trademarked/copyrighted that image. At least, that's my understanding.

"Acurazine"and "Acurazine.com" is actually a copyright and if you were to find someone to create a sticker replicating the name then you would be in violation of copyright/trademark laws. It would work the same way if someone would make up shirts with this on it, then Astro or whomever controls the actual rights could easily pursue legal action if they wanted too.
Anyway, not sure if i'm feeling the love on the new decal though. Keep at it man you're ride continues to impress

ding ding ding, although replicating the likeness not for profit but for one's own is allowed in part
