Hello VIP, my name is JDM, nice to meet you.
Well ladies and gents, JDM Volks meets VIP stretch! (56K can come in, but Kennedy cannot LOL)
So the right tire sizes are finally on, and my camera is arrived. That means photoshoot! The first batch of photos was taken with a POS P&S so the quality isn't that great; with the R8 is when I had the correct tire sizes in the rear but was still waiting on the front tires to arrive, so what you see are 245/35-19 General Exclaim UHPs up front. VERY fat! So the front was raised up a lot.
The second batch of individual car shots were with the correct 215/35-19 tires in the front; I then lowered the car back down because clearance was absolutely perfect. Those were taken with the DSLR.
And I'm proud to say, NO RUBBING even with 4 other people in the car.
The What:
Wheels: Volk LE37T
Fronts: 19x8.5 +22 wrapped in 215/35-19 Dunlop Direzzas
Rears: 19x9.5 +22 wrapped in 225/35-19 Dunlop Direzzas
Camera: Canon EOS 40D with a 18-200mm Sigma lens.
DSLR photos; Individual shots:
Angel eyes
STANCE
STANCE: WITH camber, the rear wheel has ~3 mm poke.
Front fitment focus (19x8.5 +22)
Rear fitment focus (19x9.5 +22)
Engine bay with Candy Blue RV6-P Strut
Poke + Concavity = Epic Win
Sharp nose features
LOTS of BBK clearance:
Aaaaaaaaaand my dinner I ate today.

That gives me motivation Car looks bad @ss!!
Nice Camera
What does your TL ride like with the 215/35's?

It was MOUTH WATERING.. very succulent
Thanks jp.. your TL is ALWAYS an inspiration (to keep my engine bay clean lol) I sold it so I can eventually get the ATLP, but to be honest I think Sarona works better with the type s trunk spoiler...
Yeah I fell in love with the camera and lens. It's the lens that makes the camera.
That rib-eye was so delicious, jesus.
The ones mentioned on the way top, 215 front, 225 rear.
Thanks man, to be honest I'm not one to feel real differences on ride comfort. I think they're the same as all my other tires lol. It came with the 40D, I got everything for 750 shipped. IMMACULATE condition. I believe they run around $300.
hahahahha i'm also in the works of starting my authentic angel eye fiber optic project.. my friend from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) is custom making me a cylindrical clear acrylic piece, with a hollow cylinder up top to feed the lighting through. No more CCFLs for me.
Everyone's entitled to their opinion, some people hated that set up.
lol I sold the Sarona to a member here, I think i want to get the ATLP. but thanks.
Ha, no doubt bro, I will let you know
