I remember now--he also has the 15" monitors mounted in the back of the front seats. There are a lot of interesting ideas here, but you have to look past the whole to see the details.

 

Some of us have taste and some don't. They say beauty is in the eyes of the beholder but there is a limit to that statement. The AMC Gremlin wasn't beautiful in any one's eyes including the designer but yet some ppl bought it. Explain that one to me. As for this car well......

 

yea this was posted before I remember the bad taste it left in my mouth after I puked when I first saw it. Yea alot of work has been put into it and alot of money but that doesn't mean it looks good. lambo doors on a 4 door car, 22"s, ugly chrome door accents? but I don't mind the paint I guess. I wouldn't do it to my car but it's not bad looking.

 

imo, picked the wrong combination combo TL for a show car....

1)tan interior, should've been black or custom darker color.
2)wrong oem exterior color to have two tone purple on it, wrong combination with the dark blue color, the original color black would work much better with purple.
3)wrong type or style of rims for the look they're going for.
4)if chrome (upper door area) were part of the theme, the acura logo should have left alone to match it.

i'm bashing this TL because it has a ontario plate. :P jk

 

hehe I posted pics of this TL about a month or so ago and got similar responses.

IMO a very untastefuly modded TL but to each his own I say.

i think this person, in all honesty... tried TOO hard.... with no sense of style or what mods work with this car

of course, alot of work, and big $$ was spent.... but doesnt mean anything to me or most true car modifiers.... some people care more about class and appeal, then $$ spent

Honestly, I said it before and I will say it again, I like it and I respect the car and the owner!! BUUUT...u know what "I" think would've looked hot?? If he kept it the original blue (maybe repaint it the same color, but just for freshness lol) and did staggered 22"s with some seriously deep lips, bbk all the way around, and an air runner kit!! An the money he would have spent on the two tone and lambo doors could of gone into that setup I said...(plus more obviously) Just my
