Thought I would update! Tips installed and look great! Did the MM delete too.
I have to say I'm not sure how everyone is getting this done so quickly and cheaply. I went to a place where I stood right there and watched. It took a while to get the placement perfect on the tips. Actually, he tig welded about an extra inch of pipe onto the tips so that they looked right, sat right, and won't blow carbon all over my bumper. The inlet on the tips are much bigger then the outlet on the mufflers. So if you guys are just hacking it off at the base and pushing the tips against the muffler I don't see how it would look right. Nor could you so easily weld the bigger onto the smaller with good strength and fitment.
We did have to trim out some of the inside part of the aspec rear lip and rear bumper. You can't see it at all of course, and I hated watching it happen lol, but to get the angles right I'm pretty sure it must be done.
Honestly putting some short curved pipe on the tips would be the perfect option. That way they are more straight.
As for the MM delete. Hey, you all may say not do it or there is no difference, but I disagree! I effin love it! It sounds more like a G 2k-3k, sounds a bit deeper and more of a growl 33k-5k, and sounds a lot better 5k+. And on the highway going 75 I can just barely hear a deep exhaust note. Which is exactly what I wanted.

Mine. Installed last week. I've gotten nothing but compliments.

imo looks good in some angles or pics some look like they're too small due to the lack of space from the base bumpers/lip
and the price of the ebay one is =( compared to the discontinued one
anyone have something similar to the base tip or the atlp base tip? what is the atlp i think I may have seen its style around before i want it!

If I could say anything bad about them is that they are slightly angled, not straight out like the type-s. And that is due to clearance. We actually tugged on them for a bit and bent the exhaust hangers a little to correct it as much as we could. Worth $100? Sure. $200? Probably not.

they're discontinued as their website says.
Although these fit extremely well and are very easy, I'm sure with some hunting you can find others that would work out as well.
If enough of you hound me, I'm happy to measure them to give you more of a head start.

Are those pics with a base A SPEC kit or Type S kit?
I haven't learned to tell the difference between the kits, but I thought the Type S kit had more room for the exhaust. So if I have the base ASPEC kit, would these still fit?

The exhaust port areas are wider, like 8" instead of 6". I think. If you got the type-s rear lip then you'll have to do a little bit of cutting to make it fit. But it does fit and it does look nice.

So if I get the base ASPEC and dual tips I won't have to cut/shave anything?
Thanks

I read somewhere that the ASPEC rear lip on the Type S is 8'' and the base ASPEC is 6''. Idk, I could be wrong. But if this fit perfectly on the base ASPEC, I'm not going to spend money buying a Type S rear ASPEC.

FYI, for those yet to purchase, you can use coupon code = save5 to save 5% when you order them off their website instead of eBay motors:

Well, it really turned out to be a save $5 coupon (their Facebook page said 5%), not 5%, which would have been $6 off. Anyhow, I wound up paying $114.90 + $17.80 S&H = $132.70 total. Sure hope they're worth it after paying even more to have them welded on
