Exhaust tips are extended 
I don't have a portfolio yet, but a website is in the making!
I have a new project: rear backup camera.
This is something I've always wanted to do but didn't like the price tag of the video module to hook it up to my nav.
My plan is to mount my 4.3" monitor to the lower storage and be able to flip it in and out of the storage compartment whenever I want.
The monitor arrived, now I'm just waiting for the rear camera.
It won't be triggered when I'm in reverse, as I want it to be able to turn on when I'm not in reverse.
Excited. I'll have pictures of the monitor shortly.
I just plugged my DSLR video out wire to the monitor and it was beautiful.

Thanh, I had a similar setup...I had a 7" screen in my dash, I would "cast" my phone screen on it, so it would kinda sorta work like a tablet and on the second input I had a backup cam...worked flawless for a while....but the HDMI adapter started getting wonky and I ended up replacing that with a tablet...
Recently I have been thinking of getting one of those rear view mirrors with a camera input...have you looked into those at all? That way its not something you have to mess with any screen and retro-fitting...

the camera arrived much earlier than expected so here it is:
i initially had it mounted it like this:
it looked small and unnoticeable in his pictures but when I actually mounted it, it stuck out like a sore thumb.
Now I just need to find a way to mount the screen into the storage area.
