Very nice!
Has the shape of the OEM rubber pedal...perfect! Is this a custom one off (minus the cut out) or OTS?

Hey, thanks everybody -
But I have to give credit where credit is due:
This was Steven Bell's idea. When he got his pedal, it was suggested as an option.
When I was thinking about ordering, I traded some PM with Steven and he suggested it to me. Since I already had the "Type-S" Badge sitting around, it was easy to get it done.
So, big props to Steven Bell : bow: .

The pedal itself is OTS (also available with a flange and/or different finishes), although I *think* each pedal is made to order.
Cut out was custom (you can get a cutout for pretty much anything you want) and cost a few $ over the standard pedal price.

What a nice teaser campaign. You had alot of guys scratching their heads. WOW...the pedal is slammin' !!!! By far, it's the best looking dead pedal on the site.

Thanks. Put it on right over top of the OE Rubber foot rest.

You'd have to search for my solution
I tinkered a lot, my pedal set looks identical to the supercomputers pedals except there is no "A" or "Acura" written on them, and it was half the price

polished pedal

how it looked before

sprayed easy-off on it

took most of the anodizing off, you could see a tiny bit on the lower edge

easy-off oozed through the holes in the pedal, you can clearly see how it took the anodizing off where it came through.

polished for like 15-20 minutes looks like this. now all i need to do is put back the tiny rubbers and screw it down.
matches better than before imho. and looks better in person.

Guys, Bearcat and I both got our Dead Pedals from UltimatePedals.com. If you are looking for a perfect match, that is a matter of opinion. The accelerator pedal does not have rubber knobs but the brake pedal does. The finish on the pedals varies based upon the cleanliness of the pedals...how well you keep them clean. I have 2 versions of my pedal. Originally, I had the Type S logo etched in, but later, I bought a Type S logo and adhered it onto the pedal for a better look (in my opinion). I also feel that the flanged version that I have looks better because you don't see the original black rubber pedal underneath. It covers it by curving down on the right hand side of the pedal.

they sent a half done pedal?
