Yea what sucks is he never had an issue with it until Friday night while getting ready for Simply Clean 5 he noticed it was fogged up.

our body style has too many straight lines for "twist" styled rims.
doesnt look that hot at all.
same thing with those corvette spinner wheels.

it just doesnt fit with how the car is styled

I don't hate it. Think the wheels may look better all silver instead of chrome. Can we get a better side shot ?

Thats exactly why he did it it. WAY to many TL's on the same exact wheels. 95% of TL's sit on some kinda Varrstoen's and the rest are on legit Varrstoen's lol I agree it is a very weird and different wheel for a TL but thats what we were trying to go for.

Nice to see something different! This car has potential but needs a few more elements to really make it flow.

No it's not, its simply because they're fucking ugly. Enough of you defending them by saying us TL owners only love 1-3 certain style of wheels.

lol, your brother shouldn't have pulled the trigger on those. He could have waited to get something better that goes well with the car with a lip and not so flat faced.

We have different likes when it comes to wheels but personally I'm not a fan of chrome. Any other finish would look pretty cool. As long as those are the real deal and not some reps.

Wheel don't flow with the body style. They go better with cars that don't have as much sharp lines.

You do know that Varrstoen only makes replica wheels, right? When you say "legit Varrstoen's", it sounds like you think they are originals.

True, a lot of TL's have Varrstoens, but that's because the fitment/quality/price is really good. It's good to step out of the box every once in a while, but I think your brother stepped a bit too far. The Porsche wheels look too small and look out of place on a TL (because they are). Just my

Hahaha relax there big guy!! Your getting upset cause you have or had TE37s. You know yourself that im right. If you dont like this thread there's like 4.8 million other threads on here you can waist your time on. You dont like it thats totally cool. I myself am not huge on these wheels but their different and not your everyday TL.

He got them for a crazy good deal with tires so he got em. If it wasnt for the deal he got he wouldnt have bought em. I do like a fat lip on the rears of TL's.

Yes i kno that. I said legit Varrstoen's just to cover all the wheels they rep rather then listing them all.

Yea i have nothing against Varrstoen's at all!! I like them as long as ppl dont put fake center caps lol My brother actually had Varrstoen's before these. Yea i agree but don't forget wheels aren't permanent haha They look better in person thats for sure.

This is his old set up...

Sweet, well its all a taste thing. Chrome used to be cool but was a fad back in the day. Now I'm not sure what the fad is today but I personally like darker colors. That being said as long as you're happy who cares.

If you turn around to check your car out whenever you're walking away from it you did a good job!

Hahaha, golly I was hoping all you you guys would have loved my GOLD TL on CHROME Twists......... Lol It's not on TE37 style, or LM style wheels, obviously you guys won't like it. This is the exact reason why I did these wheels, because I liked how different it was, and to hear you kids cry about it. Lol Love it.

Well as long as you like it. Just remember different isnt always good.

Btw I find your post immature. Why would you hope we would like it? Did you get these wheels for us or for yourself? And there are lots of cars on here that are not TE or LM styled that look just fine. Don't lose any sleep because most of us disagree with your choice of wheels that you hoped we would like.

Varrstoen or Vossen.

I personally don't understand why people think putting wheels from other car companies on their car is anything new. People have been running corvette sawblades and bmw bottlecaps as well as merc and Porsche wheels for years.

I like the color combo, and the car looks great, but it definitely looks like something a euro tuner would do... nothing new.

One of the reasons why he bought these wheels was so we can cry about them?

okay now... he's getting what he wanted so I give him the big thumbs up
