The tow hook is still up for debate w/ me as well. Sometimes I like it other days not. Aspec is definitely on my to do list, I need to act fast.

I still wish I didn't sell these haha. I've tried to track them down since and have been unsuccessful Oh well, you live and learn!

Update

I decided to revert back to the waffles. The tires on the Battles were trash, after reassessing it's not in the current budget to pick up some new ones. Picking up some spacers via Endless shortly to get rid of that awful sunken look.

I've got a few projects in mind and am tearing my headlights apart here in the next week to go a new route/color scheme. Stay tuned!

Thanks for stopping by.

Headlights!!

I've gotten the itch to make some changes to my headlights, so in the next week or so I'll take that new project on, changes are always welcome right?

I'm thinking about adding some smoked amber diffusers, passive demon eye and maybe red fog light buckets. I'm also going to be removing my halos until I find a better product to do them over again.

Exhaust Changes??

Picking up Type S exhaust this weekend for a great price $70. It will replace my current setup which is rear/mid delete w/ stock resonator. I'm leaning towards keeping the mid delete, going w/ rear mufflers and tips, and swapping out resonator for Dynomax.

Hopefully have my headlights done here shortly too. My wife had gallbladder surgery recently, so I've been taking care of her and the house.

As always, stay tuned!

I'd save up and get an aftermarket exhaust, personally.
Hope your wife heals up quickly, man.

Finally got the time to take my headlights apart yesterday. Was feeling edgy and wanting something different. Settled on gloss black housing w/ red projector shroud. I also took out my halos until I find a better solution. I'm thinking about a switchback LED strip in the future. Until then this will do. Car is filthy and is was dark by the time I was done. I'll wash her and post pictures of them installed in a couple days. The edge trim piece is missing from this photo haha, BUT I have it!

Great build! All of the rims you went all looked great. Headlights are sweet as well. Another true enthusiast. My wife was at the hospital for a few days and all I did was care for her and look at car parts. Hope your wife is feeling better.

Aspecs.....

Guys.....

I have a problem haha.... But admission is the first step right? As car guys we're always looking to improve and be unique right? Well tonight I capitalized on a goal I've had for a while now. I regrettably sold my 18x8.5 Aspecs about 9 months ago. Since then I've been trying to find them again w/ ZERO LUCK. Until tonight, in the local Acura group I'm a part of, someone posted on our FB page asking what to do about refurbishing some Aspecs. I immediately commented and proposed a trade or sale. He gladly accepted my offer of Waffles for Aspecs. I paid him $20 to drive an hour to my work and make the swap. They're coincidentally the same wheels I sold some time ago. They definitely need some love and to be brought back to life, however it's a project I'm willing to undertake. Cheers to karma finally helping a brother out!! PS it was dark by the time we were done so a picture will have to wait. Until then fellas, have a great day! As always, stay tuned!

I've got a list of parts on my phone that I'll slowly be adding over the summer months.

So far I'm wanting:

Type S Tails
Possibly Depo Black Tails (had them before and LOVED them) They can get a bad rap but I've never had issues w/ them.
Clear Headlight Diffusers via Endless
Switchback LED Turn Signals via Endless
06-07 CS Type 2 STI Splitter
DIY Side Skirt Splitters
Lexus IS Rear Diffuser? (Had one before, but now I feel like it's too commonplace)
Aluminum Pedal Covers
Spacers via Endless

I'm sure there are a few other things that are escaping my memory right now but this will do for now haha

With my birthday coming up I bought the 06-07 STI CS Type 2 lip tonight for a front splitter. Excited to get it in hand and mounted up. Maybe I can cash in on some birthday money haha #carparts. I'll post pictures with the new splitter painted and installed in the next week or so once it's here. Thanks for stopping by!

Now that it's on, I'm going to put my side skirt splitters back on as well. I want to work on a rear diffuser as well. I've seen some S2K ones that can be modded a little to work.

Great progress man!

What suspension are you on now? I remember you being slammed on the Type Ones but you said you sold them.

I appreciate it man! Hopefully picking up at the minimum front Aspec Lip before they go MIA haha.

I'm on Tein Street Advance Z's from Endless which I love. The Type One's were crazy low haha. I'm not nearly that low anymore. Just got 25mm spacers for all four corners and need to take some new pictures to show them off. I've also got some new taillights that will be here tomorrow. But it's my anniversary so they probably won't be getting installed until later in the week.

Before they vanish from the face of the earth, I'm going to piece out my WDP Lip Kit. Going to start w/ front lip, then rear and then finally skirts.

I have a buddy locally who can get a dealer price so $283 painted. Deals are always a good thing, so I'll take it.

I did just install Inspire Fogs, but I'm going to sell the fogs and grills to a local guy for what I paid for them. I've gone back and forth and back and forth regarding which lip to go w/. I 'think' I've decided to go w/ the 07-08 Type S front Lip. I would like to be different and go w/ the Aspec front but EVERY time I see a Type S I can't get over how aggressive it looks. So here we go!

Ordering tomorrow morning for pickup Wednesday. I'll be sure to post pictures once it's installed.
